New here wanted to say hi.

Hello all, so first of all a little about myself. I have recently come out of a long term relationship, we were together for 6 years and married for four of those, also I have a 3 year old son from that relationship who is my whole world right now. So as you can imagine I'm a little nervous and apprehensive about getting back into the dating scene after so many years, and the online side of it is totally new to me. My main reasons for this post are to firstly introduce myself to and make my presence known to all the beautiful people in here (yes, by means of blatant, shameless flattery if need be :)) and also to perhaps ask for a little advice or feedback on my profile page. So, yeah..... I think that about covers it for now :) if anybody would be kind enough to offer some help, advice or feedback whether it's good or bad I would be most appreciative and will take it all onboard. Your username is unusual but you are not alone there. Photos are also unusual and a bit different which i like. Arty sort of. Cant find too much to trumpet about. Except the ask me in your height. Too me, any ask me description flags the worst result. So to me, i immediately think you are height challenged. You may as well be up front. Something you cant hide at the first meeting if you are 4ft 6. So fill it in? Good luck and have fun. You may find it a hard slog as a male in here so dont take it too seriously. Annie

welcome "so sometimes it's hard for me to find time to socialise" reads to me as 'i dont have time for you' I would add something about but I can always make time for the right people, or change it to something along the lines of I'm time poor so need someone who is understanding of my situation so that you don't get someone with whom its going to be an issue. other than that there isn't a real lot in your profile, could add in some interests and hobbies perhaps - things people can connect to sounds silly but if someone can read it and go - oh yeah I like that too- it helps them feel like they have things in common with you and may want to speak with you. Your main profile pic is restricted which means guests cannot see it - majority of female members are guests so i would suggest you change it to be one of your non restricted photos. Make your first messages thoughtful and good luck x

I like to see a clear face pic...even if it's in your PG. I would also agree with PoisonIV's point about hobbies and interests. Right now there's not a whole lot that would grab my attention about your profile wording. I don't like any "Ask me's" they make me draw my own conclusions. It's really hard crafting a profile, I think you've made a pretty good start...just add to it as you go. If you add more details in your first message, you should do ok. Welcome and good luck!

I think the mods may have thought that the pic has a shadow of a gigantic cock running across the OP face and the mod got flustered. Or it may just be me. Time for coffee ☕
