  Good/hot. But you're the one wearing it! Everyone's different. When mine was pierced it made the nipple extra sensitive (not in a good way!) and I hated it being touched. I probably would have kept it because I liked how it looked. But it ripped out a few years later..and I'm not going through that again!! - Posted from rhpmobile

  Have both done. I think they look great and mrs loves them as well. I only did one at a time and think that with the first one your adrenaline is off the charts and not knowing what to expect but the second one is way harder cause you know it's going to hurt a lot. If you want to get it done then by all means go do it. If you get them and don't like them then you can always take them out - Posted from rhpmobile

  I've got both of my nipples pierced and the sensation is amazing. My nipples were always very sensitive and now wow unbelievable. It's a personal thing, must admit I've never had complaints.   I had one of mine done on a whim, I had it for years until the ball fell out of the ring one day... and then the ring must've worked itself out and I didn't notice till it had healed over. It didn't hurt getting it done, though I play full contact sport and even when taped up it did hurt a bit sometimes when knocked about. I don't get off on my nipples being played with, so it was somewhat annoying because of course people see it and play with it... which I found as exciting as flannel pyjamas in summer. (sorry to be a bit of a downer, I think they look OK, but I didn't find it added anything pleasurable and having it out hasn't detracted from anything, so a solid rating of "meh" from my end) If you don't have other piercings, if it takes a while to heal, consider trying a different metal e.g. sometimes stainless just won't heal, but titanium isn't an issue.
