  I find it rude when face pics aren't attached to the first message if the member doesn't have them clearly displayed in their public album.

  Nothing wrong with giving access to body shots on first message. Problems can arise when that album also contains cock shots as there are many don't ever want to see those pics. Play it safe and have them in a separate album, and only give access once you know for sure they want to see them.

  Face pics are more important so as long as they’re included it’s ok, straight up pics of genitalia is not ok at all in my opinion, wait and find out if the person’s even interested first.
