  there are a lot of different styles, brands, sizes and quality. They come loose as in 2 separate balls or some are joined by string or silicone, some come in a removable holder so you can use them separately. They are often used for kegal muscle exercise or you can use them during sex, wear them around to ripen the area ready for sex. Some women find them orgasmic, others don't. They do produce a 'vibration' made from usually one smaller ball inside the other which gyrates with movement creating the sensation. I have some small stainless steel ones that are heavy but my pelvic floor is good so I have no trouble with them staying put. I have never tried them during sex, on the to do list. Usually for things like this and cock pumps, because they all generally do the same thing, start with something cheap to see if you like them and they do what you expect, because it is easier to step up than spend a fortune hoping for the best.
