My least favourite position would be doing it (or attempting to do it) whilst standing up in the shower. The standing up position is really tough because the two of you have got to be of the perfect height otherwise, one ends up semi-crouching and it just isn't that fun. Besides, if the shower's running, there's the danger of slipping and falling and hitting your head on the wall or floor or smashing through the glass. Too much of a fatal risk for a sex position that isn't even all that great to begin with. We're talking sex, eh? Not Mortal Kombat. Hehehe!
