  men can prolong their erection and postpone their ejaculation with breathing - instead of tensing up muscles and holding their breath, they can focus on relaxing their muscles (whole body) and breathing deep and slow. Gives a man a lot more control.If that doesn't work, a man can bring himself to the point of ejaculation through masturbation, but stop, wait a bit, do it again etc, and basically teach himself to wait.I'm sure others will have plenty of ideas and of course if general techniques don't work, there's always the possibility that medial assistance might.lilmiss x

  Why would you wanna fuck for an hour? I dont think too many chicks would want you rooting them for an hour straight.

  It's pretty simple really..if you absolutely can't hold back..just get that first shot away (so to speak)...then give yourself a few minutes for the sensitivity (guys will know what I mean) to pass, then you should be able to continue on your merry way pleasing your lady...or ladies! hehe

  Now besides the comments made by the delightful Mrs S...you may be pushing a rock uphill using those types of preparations, regardless of how they are packaged or sold. Indian God lotion? Okay...so perhaps a weaker OTC version in a different package, but in their many forms, these are simple amino based topical and local anesthetics. Check with you local chemist if you really want to "numb your...brain" and ask for a lidocaine, xylocaine or lignocaine topical ointment...and at least these will be safe. I believe that the upper end of the scale available to you would be about a 5% ointment...and likely much more potent than something you see marketed at your local "toy store". | Here is the good news and why you might want to fly solo if you use these...they are going to numb your partner out too. Great...so you are worried about your premature problems and now she can't feel what's happening either? I would not know about the taste and will greatfully take Mrs S word for it...but the only thing I would suggest using this sort of thing on is an itch, rash or burn. Taking a look at lilmissfussy...maybe you can engage her for some practise in advanced heavy breathing exercises? | If it's a real problem...see your doctor. Whilst unethical to some extent, there are certain mild antidepressant drugs that will have the effect that you are after. And just a parting thought...the more you worry about it, the bigger problems you will have. Perhaps look for someone who is as fast with her gun coming out of the holster as you are? | Could mess up an otherwise polite and overly technical post by saying I have never had that problem..and I haven't. | But that would be a bit of ego showing through...wouldn't it?

  So just stop for a while, play a bit more on the foreplay side of things and then engage for more of the horizontal mambo. I know plenty of men that do this with great success. A lot of foreplay, a bit of fucking, more foreplay followed by more fucking. Goes on all afternoon (or evening). Fine by me!

  Yes it does work as well as the Pur prolong it call last to an hour but when u spray it on dont let ur partner go down on u as she will end up with a numb mouth

  i really dont see the point i lasting that long. i wanna lose my load(so to speak) then i usually just lose interest and go and do somthing else.
