Renting a house in Guilderton (Close to Perth)

Would there be any couples interested in renting a house in Guilderton over the weekend? It's not that expensive, and their is a beach, and river to enjoy, split between a few couples it would be a lot of fun. That would give everyone the day to relax and meet. Perhaps - even - make it a children friendly day out.
