You are a wild cat ! Or extreme pussy ! I got a few but i find the most profound scars ! And the ones that really make a difference are the scars that are from a cut deeper than the skin for the skin may heel but a spirit a soul a heart is much more to a life and they are the scars that truly matter to me and the ones that truly require stitches !!! Or a hot nurse !! - Posted from rhpmobile

I have one above my eyebrow - 3 stitches when I came off my push bike when I was 4. Another under my chin, again a pushbike. I did have a scar from when I had my daughter but it seems to have disappeared lol! And 2 on my right boob from surgery that was a bunch of stitches. Hate it now impossible to take a nice topless pic because all I see are scars even if they are faded now.

I (Mr CountryCpl) have a handful. From my face to my hands, shoulders to knees and back to ankles. Mainly from a very fun childhood, manual work and time in the army. Mrs CountryCpl has a few herself. Scars are great because they tell stories. I never shy away from a scar. In fact I and typically drawn to it because I want to hear the gory story :) - Posted from rhpmobile

I agree OP, they do tell stories... Scars are a great conversation topic........naked,when exploring each others bodies! I like to touch them and really look at them when one tells me about them. They can be sexy as all fuck!! Some are real master pieces of Art, unique perfect imperfection of that person. Just sayin... Foxy

Mmm now this is a topic which I really didnt want to participate in,it isnt just about the scar its the trauma that comes with it.I have the usuall - well usuall sports injury one acl reconstruction through the knee and side of,but I also have one through my nose, philtrum, upper lip through to my cheek an industrial injury, this ain't sexy and the trauma for months afterwards was horrific, hence why I had doubts about posting! - Posted from rhpmobile

A scar on the top of head and one one my big toe and thirty or so in between. There's only only one I can't account for but I'm glad for every one. Cue Barbara Streisand 'Memories'.

As I'm exploring as ladies body, I often enquire how they got them. I enjoy a funny story.

I've got a scar on my side between ribs where a tube was inserted to reinflate my lung....came from a somewhat spectacular spill on a bike...cracked every rib on one side ,punctured lung etc... They gave me 3 shots of morphene before they did it...then they gave me a mobile phone...I was sooooo far gone the pain disappeared and I called everyone and talked about " anything!" The conversations were hilarious apparently,I really can't remember much...I still get reminded by friends to this day...and I still get a laugh out of it!

Mostly childhood accidents. I fell on a glass milk bottle when I was 18 months old that opened a nice big hole in my chest. Several cuts requiring stitches on my face from bike accidents or random stuff. A knee op. Two pregnancies and two caesars. Hope I am done now. - Posted from rhpmobile

..on others and my own. For myself, they're a reminder of earlier times and places..often memorable if they left a permanent mark!Though, some scars fade with time I've noticed. Like the memories, unfortunately.I'm proud of mine, even those that run through an eyebrow..theygive a face character and individuality, just like the other features. But my two faint hernia scars? They're not so glamorous, and don't make such interesting conversation..

Are you sure they weren't drop bears. They get pretty vicious, or so I tell tourists.

'Cause all of meLoves all of youLove your curves and all your edgesAll your perfect imperfections -John Legend... Scars are good... the ones you see and the ones you can't.The visible ones show you have survived and the hidden ones help shape who you are. I like to think of scars as involuntary tattoos, they both can tell a story if you want to share them and can be hidden if you don't. As for the tiger stripes from being pregnant, one of the sexiest women I know hates her belly because of them... I think she has the most gorgeous tummy... so kissable and hugable :) SG

Btw to address this topic partially serious lol I don't do serious as often as I should I'm sure you've noticed :p But scars are scars, and I don't bother worry about them. Besides.... The bigger worry is what she's cooking for breakfast ;). HAHAHAHA - Posted from rhpmobile

Last year I had a massive ovarian cyst removed. I did not even know it was there until accidentally found whilst having a Pap smear. It was so large I have a six inch vertical scar from umbi to pubis. It is indented, probably because of the size of the mass that was removed. So no, not all scars are equal. I hate looking at it.

Quoting 'LaVelvetRouge' Last year I had a massive ovarian cyst removed. I did not even know it was there until accidentally found whilst having a Pap smear. It was so large I have a six inch vertical scar from umbi to pubis. It is indented, probably because of the size of the mass that was removed. So no, not all scars are equal. I hate looking at it. I had the same procedure done to me around 15 years ago. My belly also bears the huge, indented vertical scar after all these years. I had a cyst growing on both my ovaries. The left one was removed and the right one was reconstructed. I was single and hadn't thought about starting a family yet, at the time. You cannot imagine the sadness that swept over me when I was told I might never be able to conceive. I used to hate my scar too but have learnt to look to the bright side and thank the Heavens above that the cysts were benign. Two years after the surgery, my oldest boy was born and I now have 3 beautiful children. I had them all through NVD so that is the only major scar I bear. LaVelvetRouge, I hope you realise that you are a beautiful person and grow to not mind the scar so much. Scars leave a reminder that you survived and affirm that you are strong and resilient. Sending you *BIG HUGS*

There are some not so funny stories in here and I am sorry if I offended anyone with the post. I have never been unfortunate enough to have anything too physically traumatic happen to me. Thank you all for your brave stories so far. One day while waiting at the doctors I was reading one of those 15yr old magazines they leave there to kill the boredom. There was a story of a woman who pretty much severed her calf muscle from the bone while she had a hot date! Things got a little heated and they ended up having mad passionate sex in the shower when she lost her balance and went through the shower screen breaking the glass and landing on it. She was rushed to hospital where they reattached it and apparently they ended up getting married!!

I'm curious. Why do some/most/whatever the ratio is; it's not all that important - but why do the ladies dig scars on the man, but turn all neurotic about them on themselves??? Scars are scars right?? I liken this to a guy insecure about his cock size. If he says nothing, and is confident in using it, no one notices; but the minute he talks of it, it's noticed..... So I say, wear them with pride, both external and internal, as no one has that scar that you have; else you'd be them right?? - Posted from rhpmobile

OUCH @ through the shower screen. Not only has the woman got a scare to show but a pretty kwool story to tell as well. I guess that's one way to get a man to marry....LOL! Foxy

Think like many things it depends on location etc. I have had half my midriff cut open for surgery a long time back. They do fade in time but these are pretty prominent so will always be there. I also dropped a machete on top of foot, slit my thumb neatly with a fine bladed angle grinder and a few other stupid moves. Lol As of Monday I will have a fresh one down my hand.... Mrs has one on her knee and a couple of other minor ones but nothing major... I don't think it's either pro or con. It's muscle definition and physique that is attractive IMO.

There are some stories here, it's an interesting post. Each person chooses to share or not. They wouldn't share if they didn't want to. I think both the scars and the stories that go with them are what make the person who they are. I would find a person with scars who is fit and motivated much more interesting and sexy than one who lacked a life and motivation. I think we share our stories because it's the challenges we face that make us strong.

had 15 operations over the years. so you can guess I have them everywhere, the big one is right across my abdomen. Its long and its wide and I tell everyone I got it in a knife fight. I have some along my pubic line , been opened up there a few times.I have several on my back from three major back operations.one or two on my face, dog bite was one of them. inside , every day I work on those scars but soothing them with the balm of laughter. and surrounding myself with people that sooth me and don't add to those scars
