  Of course it is up to everyone's comfort zone but for us it is a definite yes. My first day or two is always painful so sex is the last thing on my mind (imagine one of the dragons from Game of Thrones), but after that I am very horny with my period. We regularly have sex in the shower when I have my period. I don't feel comfortable having sex with others but John and I are both "period friendly".
