  From favorite era... or something like that. Example: Dress up like a Playboy Bunny waitress from Playboy Club and the men wear those suit dress up outfits..you know just cuffs, bow ties, black knickers ...Set your house/place up like a Playboy Bunny Club like a mini casino with roulette wheel, poker table ( covered in green flet) etc etc or maybe a Burlesque theme or a Tea Party theme...   I have never really enjoyed my birthdays since i was 20 (looooong and personal story) that was until i met my husband he has always worked hard to make them special and then we became swingers!!! and now i LOVE birthdays we still have our little PG type gatherings with the family and then we have a naughty adults only kind of party. We generally get a nice apartment in the city, invite our closest sexy friends (and sometimes people that are new to us), we have a sexy theme, nice food, a little wine and lots of hot sex!!! some themes we have done: swinging 70's- obvious what we wore "what lies beneath"- this one was about wearing something fairly plain/casual but underneath having something sexy/surprising it was a lot of fun when we did the big reveal, this was for hubby's birthday so it was like he had a lot of sexy presents to open lol and now my mind draws a blank and i cant think of the others (stupid cold and flu meds messing with my brain) but we have been to other parties with themes like uniform, a colour, something beginning with........burlesque, the list is endless. hope you have a fantastic birthday whatever you choose to go with.

  I had my partner and my friend come over for a drink. I have my partner a list of things he had to buy and he had to meet my friend and buy them togethercostumestoyswineetc etc we played a few silly games and ended up being very naughty / this was two years ago and was my best birthday ever

  I really lack self confidence and I'm quite shy (some people won't believe this) but my 50th was coming up and I felt like celebrating so I said to my wife I don't whether to ask all my family and friends or to ask 20 women just to come and fawn over me. My wife encouraged me if I was willing to organise it so I had both. I sent out invitations to 20 women I know and like ( with one exception they were from my vanilla world ). The invitation went something like " to celebrate my 50th you are commanded to come worship at my feet and show you adoration by peeling grapes, dancing, massaging etc and you are to dress as sexily as you dare. Despite being very nervous about the response I got 12 starters. Most women dressed to the theme, there was a playboy bunny, a marilyn monroe ( who sang a very sexy happy birthday, a couple of domatrix's, a very sexy tennis player, and a couple of other sexy costumes. While no actual intercourse occurred and there and there was no nudity, well not much, it was very sexy and the funniest afternoon of my life. I also had my 22 yo daughter and her girl friend cater for it ( which is another long and involved and hilarious story in itself ) I was suprisingly truly spoilt and was very aroused all afternoon. And my belly literally hurt from laughing. And it was a large and enjoyable party that night for all the rest of my family and friends. I even had 3 or 4 of the women wanting me to organise a similar happening for my 60th but I wasn't feeling a good about that birthday. Not really much help with ideas for you Comeoutandplay but it was fun for me.
