  what kind of bad reports? the kind of customers? , the hygiene of the place? , the attitude of staff ?, the pricing ? so many different things could cause a bad report .looking to go there this Thursday ( tomorrow) with the wife for some spa { and hoping steam room as well} and fun , would like to know what the place is like - I had heard it was averaging 30- 35 for the Thursday lunchtime on most weeks and was a mix of male and female. if you know more details from these reports I wouldn't mind hearing about it .
