St Kilda and inner south east swingers

May 09 2017

Dont you hate it when distance gets in the way of a great group of locally based swingers? We live in Balaclava, we'd love to know who is in our area. Many couples avoid being searched and discovered in their local area, many people set their location to Melbourne. A great alternative would be to have a visible location and a verified-only-visible location.

Along the lines of a fox not crapping in front of its own den.... Location services / being able to have ones close location pinpointed, by others on here, would for us, not be a good thing. We have experienced real life stalking, as a result of a swingers site, a couple of years ago. - Posted from rhpmobile

We prefer to meet in or near the city on neutral ground. That said we have invited people to our place occasionally if we feel comfortable. - Posted from rhpmobile

Most err on the side of caution and list Melbourne instead of a suburb to help maintain safety. I certainly do; single women are more likely to take those few extra steps to make sure they remain stalker free. But when I am messaging with people I do give them an indication of my area so they know, for example, that I am nowhere near Geelong. Playing at my place only occurs after I am very comfortable with you, so location for meets and play is usally at a neutral place.

DynamicCouple36 - what I was getting at is that RHPers may have multiple tiers of location they are willing to share. Where they are concerned about friends signing up and doing an easy location-based search, they may disclose one location. At a higher level of trust, they may disclose a more accurate location. Think of it as the equivalent between your public gallery and private gallery, keeping in mind you have absolute control over both and only share what you are comfortable with. (Which I think would address your point msjonesy) An idea for the developers anyway. That being said, keen to hear from other St Kilda-ites!! - Posted from rhpmobile

We're not in the suburb we lost either, but st kilda isn't that far for people in the south east anyway. - Posted from rhpmobile
