Stood up !!!!

So I send a message to this beautiful looking woman on here ..we chat, we swap photos blah blah blah . She sends me a text message after I’ve given her my phone number the next day. Can’t take a phone call , texts that she’s busy the couple of times I try. No return call. No problem, we text. A few days later we organise to meet up not far from her place a few days later but about 50 minutes from my place I have two children so I get them babysat I get to this place about 10 minutes early organise some drinks sent her a text and tell her where I am she send me a text message 15 minutes later and says that she’s 10 minutes away after that 10 minutes she sent me a text saying she’s not coming at all and she sorry and then would not take a call. I sent her a couple of text messages asking if she’s okay or if I did something wrong or said something wrong and she didn’t reply for at least 24 hours So then I tell her she’s got the communication skills of a rusty fence post and then she starts to abuse me. What the fuck ??

With some of the communication I’ve had today on here all I’ve learned is: it’s your fault because you are a man. As a man you obviously don’t value women correctly and have probably said something disgusting to her like calling her “babe” or the like. You should admonish yourself and accept that you are a worthless piece of man-meat. Now please do take this post as it was intended, with a big ol’ tongue firmly planted in cheek! I’m off to work on my passive-aggressive tendencies 🤷‍♂️

This has happened to me....just move on and thank your lucky stars you didnt actually meet her. Many better and more genuine people on here

Your first paragraph already showed me the red flags. She can’t take a call but can text usually means she can’t have you hear her voice...it’s not that she’s just busy, cos she can text right?? Why do you think that is ??

Thats a crappy situation. Why would you ask her if you've done something wrong? She did not return you calls and you didn't spot that as a red flag. That is on both of you, not just her. Do you want to be with a person who can not empathise, no show on planned meet ups, or not return calls etc? I'm pretty sure you you know the answer. It would be actually nice to thank her, as this situation has taught you knowledge and new skills. :) As a wise lady who used to post in the forums used to always state, never emotionally invest until you have met them person face to face. I'll never forget that. Ms Foxy

Also, there should be no expectations or pressures. Because she didn't reply to you when you wanted within 24hrs, you kinda stabbed yourself in the foot by insulting her communication skills. You kinda deserved the reply what you got, as she didn't ask for feedback. You choose to trigger that response. That's on you. Why didn't you just leave things? Sometimes, in situations less is best and move on. Ms Foxy

As others told you, good chance it was a guy getting his rocks off. It's a common thing here. Whoever they were, best to accept that you learned a lesson, show a little humility, and move on.

@blueeyes82 don't take much notice of the regulars on this forum. The fact that they are trying to put this on you and even bring your character in to question speaks volume of them. So sorry it didn't work out for you, hope you have better luck next time.
