Subway Sauna

Hi, I'm heading into Melbourne tomorrow and thinking of heading to the subway sauna? I'm looking for advice or reviews from people that have visited recently? Ive never done this type of thing before. I'm orally bi, is it pushy or relaxed! Just after some tips please :) Thanks in advance
