Surprise!

Non-sexually speaking, what kind of surprise would you LOVE to get? Yes, coming home to dinner on the table, the dishes done etc is lovely, but I don't mean that kind of surprise. I mean something a bit grand, or unexpected, breathtaking even. For me ... A surprise tropical holiday - I get told to pack a bag, get whisked away in a car, and off we go chasing the sun! A surprise mystery flight - anywhere, just a weekend, a fun adventure A surprise by candlelight - coming home, house lit by candles, soft music, romantic dancing, foot massage, indulgence ! A surprise renovation - so much painting and landscaping to be done, imagine coming home from a weekend away and the retaining wall is built! A surprise letter - an outpouring of feelings and gratitude to let me know I matter. A surprise treasure hunt - the fun, laughter and spontaneity of it all! A surprise camping trip - water side, warm days, star lit nights, simple pleasures So many more :) You?

Whisked my ex GF off for a weekend in Fiji once. I rang her sister and asked her to pack a bag, pick her up from work and drive her to the airport where she gave her the flight details and passport and nothing else. When she arrived in Nadi , I'd organised transfers to the wharf and boat out to the island. I waited on the jetty where a bunch of Fijians sang and played guitars as the boat arrived.. Naturally she knew it was me and we went onto have a lazy romantic 3 days.
