Swinger Accommodation in Sydney

Does anyone know of any, reasonable priced, accommodation which is swinger friendly? We're visiting from over West in late March and are looking for somewhere reasonable central and reasonably priced to stay.
A landlord who is not adverse to a couple with a more open mind would be great.
Perhaps airbnb? Maybe it's a missing opportunity for a targeted website catering to discerning couples and singles!

Are you after a room in a hotel or a house/appartment? If your after a hotel, I've found that the family sized room at the Vulcan is pretty good, private and reasonable
