Swingers bars, clubs in Amsterdam & Paris

Hi everyone, my partner and I are heading to Amsterdam & Paris early December and are looking for info on places to visit whilst there. Mainly looking for some nice bars, clubs where it's not too sleazy or expensive to have some casual swinging fun. We are aged 48m & 57 and keen to play together so any tips and info would be greatly appreciated.
