Anyone a practioner?It's something I have always wanted to learn, or at least to take some inspiration from, without necessarily buying the whole package.Apparently a normal female genital orgasm is considered a waste, they try to build it up to a whole body one. I would have a hard time not wanting to just focus on making them come as much and as often as possible though, it would be hard to give that up.As for giving up my own orgasm, that's how I tend to prefer it anyway, or at least to keep the ratio 2 or more for theirs to my 1. (that's purely for selfish reasons.)It's something I've always wanted to get some practical instruction in from a suitably knowledgable woman.But I'm just curious if anyone fits it into their life on here and how they manage it.

You might like to consider reading 'the heart of tantric sex" & "tantric orgasm for women" by Diana Richardson, which were recommended to me recently. I've always advocated Mantak Chia's "The Multi-Orgasmic Man" to my friends. Regards. - Posted from rhpmobile

I know of the Chia stuff, but I'm not a 'visualise the energy flow' sort of guy. (I know there's more to it than that though)There used to be an interesting website, Toaist sexual research or something. They put on quite a good show in their instructional videos.
