Tattoos (luv em or hate em)

October 21 2013

Hi all now that I've had my yearly cry (another post) I am sure the question of tattoos has been done before but as I scrolled through some profiles I noticed a 28ish old female with a tatt on her pussy (flames sticking out of her knickers) I must admit I do find a lady with tastefully done tatts little sexy so long as the combination matches (looks dress sense verses tatt style) anyway I must say if I found a tatt (flames just above pussy) I think I'd ask my self how wild is she how clean is she and many more questions wld prob flow into my head as well lol I don't judge but I think body art cld raise self questions about the prospect of a lover ??? Question is do people like any tatts or do they have to have meaning for the owner (all my tatts have deep meaning)

Mr Warning...you say that you don't judge, but that if you found a tatt near a pussy, you would wonder how clean the owner was??? Got me a little confused - Care to explain the correlation between tattoos, regardless of where they are, and cleanliness please?

Not sure of the segue between crying and tattoos.....but....I have a tattoo.... so I cant have a preference for women without one/more without being hypocritical. However, I have never been a fan of the tramp-stamp, or the booby tat.I recognize them for the artwork that they can be, but, to me, less is more.DG

But they're sexiest when there's a story or meaning behind them (or when the artist is amazing).

I have 3 and all have some sort of emotional meaning to me. *if you look in my gallery you'll see one of them* An infinity sign with 'love' embossed. My daughter and I have planned early December to get matching ones. You know mum/daughter thing. An open padlock for myself and a key for her in Celtic designs. Favourite tattoo artists is KAT Von D. And addicted to the needle....or is it the pain? Currently have 4...and lining up for 5 and 6 5 & 6 will have the most meaning for me. 5 is (yes I know *rolls eyes*) a tramp stamp of 2 large rose heads with the stems out either side, over each stem will be my daughter and son's name ( a rose each ), above the roses will be halo's for our Angels in heaven 6 is a quote to go on my rib cage "You never know how strong you are, until it's the only thing there is left to be".... At 10months of age our son had his whole skull reshaped, after 8 days in hospital everyone said to us "how did you get through that, you were so strong the whole time?"... We didn't have a choice and it wasn't until after it was over we realized how strong we actually were to get through it. I would never put a lovers name on my body...huge No No...not even Mr Fantasy is getting a space...he has a ring in finger that's enough :-) Mrs Fantasy X

Personally I am not a fan and will never get one myself! On other people though, it depends what and where they are.... But yes, less is more!

I'm not a fan of random, ugly tattoos that seem to spread on some people like weeds. Just not my thing. I like quality tattoos on good male bodies. I'm ish about tatts on women, like DG I can't bear tramp stamps or boob stamps. I quite like subtle ones on slender necks. And I agree it depends on the wearer's character, for example, Pink and Angelina wear their tatts brilliantly :) I've wanted a tatt since I was 15 - a small, subtle one with a lot of significance to me, but I'm a total sook when it comes to pain.

love tattoos on women. Especially leg tats. If I ran into a woman with a tat on her pussy id be pretty damn impressed actually. And why would having a tat on her pussy mean shes dirty in any way? One thing has nothing to do with the other..just saying. From memory, some of the sluttiest women I have met had no tattoos at all, and dressed very classy since they worked in a professional environment, but they pretty much fucked every bloke that gave them a smile..

Quoting 'Freya77'it has deep significance and meaning..it is in Sanscrit and is the Buddhist mantra of compassion....Om mani padmi hung.... Mine's bigger than yours... And OP: "I must say if I found a tatt (flames just above pussy) I think I'd ask my self how wild is she how clean is she and many more questions wld prob flow into my head as wel" Clean? Are you worried she might have Hep C or something? I love tats, as long as they are not prison tats or Southern Crosses. Or names.

Personally I love tattoos but they DO need to mean something or at least have something significant to the person throughout the tat. The only reason I don't have one yet - can't decide what to get!!! Too many ideas. But I'm planning on getting half the chest leading into a half sleeve that spirals down to a a few of my "life mottos" curling around my forearm. Totally with you too Freya ! At one point I was going to try to save up and fly across to try to get Kat to do one for me.Also agree Mesmerised...southern cross tattoos make me cringe!P.S - The absolute WORST is when someone has a tattoo in another language and they either can't pronounce it right or they stuffed up the translation and misspelt it (have seen some hilarious mistranslations though)

The Maori tattoo is one of a kind, no two tattoos are alike. Although most of what you see today is 'Kirituhi' which is merely a design with a Maori flavour that can be applied anywhere for any reason on anyone whereas the traditional Moko requires a process of consents.

I too am a bit puzzled by the OP's worry about how 'clean' and wild this girl may be based on the location of her tattoo . It's a pretty wild leap to assume that because she chose to get a tatt in that area, that she's running around having lots of unsafe sex, or sharing needles, or whatever it is that you're worried about.I also love tatts on girls and guys, as long as they're done well, and not tacky...and I also dislike names, same as Mesmerised.I only have the three tatts at the moment, but am very keen to get one covered up with something else. One of those 'thought it was a good idea a few years ago but now wonder what I was thinking' things. Luckily it's very small, and in an area not normally visible (the latter being something I stick with for all my tattoos, mainly because of the area of work I want to get into). Would definitely consider getting another one or two as well in future.

People who automatically write off people with Southern Cross tattoos. It's as bout as generalised as saying girls with flame tattoos on their groin are somehow dirty. Actually, it's not a pet peeve. It pisses me off. - Posted from rhpmobile

Love them on men, on girls and I love mine (I have plenty and all mean something to me in one way or another) it's most defiantly addictive ( to the end result and the pain)...I can't hide mine anymore and nor would I want to, it's part of me and who I am. I've received plenty of comments some good, some not so good, but at the end of the day It's my body, i will do with it as I please and if I want to colour it in I will......lol - Posted from rhpmobile
