Being sexy isn’t about being a supermodel. Being sexy is about being comfortable in your own skin, being the best that you can be for you, and being confident in yourself and your desires. Besides that, nothing beats the body of a sensual woman .... - Posted from rhpmobile

I've had yoyo weight gain and loss most of my life and I get depressed when I'm out of shape. I do have to admit that my gains have all been down to poor lifestyle choice so I've only got myself to blame

Who has put on 25kgs then lost a third of it. I can see where the scales were my enemy at one point. The trick is not to weigh all the time. I weigh monthly straight after my period. I'm still losing. Congrats on tossing those scales. LC.

"I chucked that sucker in the bin and gave it the finger and it felt great.( I actually wanted to smash it with a hammer.)" That's my giggle for the day Carrying a couple of extra kilos, but like challenges in life, I don't lose my shit over it. I think we all know where we feel comfortable, go with it. I like curves

It’s a work in progress...... constantly I enjoy my exercise and seek to better myself on each occasion. How others view that is subjective but I feel great about me ☺️ - Posted from rhpmobile

In fact I'm naked under my clothes all day long. I have no issue being naked in front of my lovers or going topless at beaches or anything like that. I came into this world naked and screaming, so I sure as hell love doing the exact same thing with my lovers. 😇😈 Ms Foxy

Not fond of my body. There's cuddly...and then there's fat....I know which I am. I've never been a slim person; even when super fit from rowing and basketball I was always larger than my female peers....so I guess thats just the way I am. Yes there is things I can do to change; mostly its about adding exercise. But I loathe gyms and various old injuries and ongoing permanent lack of strength in some parts of the bod (from operations) make it a challenge to find an exercise routine which doesn't end up crippling me - or landing me at the physio on a regular basis. Thinking about some low key martial arts - for the physical and mental strength training. I've a good friend who is a high ranking dan in his chosen field, shall be checking in with him for some ideas.

I’ll be in that. It’s on every year. The biggest nude thing I’ve been in is the Spencer Tunik photo series at the Opera House. 5000 or so braved the cold to celebrate our diversity and similarity. I’ve Beene bit unwell so my healthy disposition has declined, though the past few months I’ve been exercising and feeling stronger. Weight, as you say, is no longer important. I’m simply going for fit to fuck! Frankly all that wheezing is so unattractive. 🤒 Hugs Gaz

Can I suggest Pilates ? Find one that has a trained Physio in house and they can work around your weaknesses and build them back up, worked for me after tendon surgery and back pain. Martial Arts (except maybe tai chi) sounds like a recipe for further injury. Just my opinion of course. After 50 the medical advice for me was up the protein a bit to feed the muscles and cull the carbs, doesn’t have to be full on strict diet I just avoid bowls of pasta and relying on bread for snacks, very doable long term. I’m not trying to preach or shame, just hoping to increase gross domestic happiness. Sb

At the moment but not for me. I have continuing issues with sciatica and a small hernia that are totally manageable as long as my weight doesn’t creep up too much, as soon as it does I have issues so, the better I manage it the better I look ! I’m outdoorsy and do manual work so it all ties in, as mentioned above a few diet tweaks that are not to strict and some regular exercise which I enjoy and I’m all good, and I must admit the compliments I get help keep it all rolling along.

Sail. I was considering pilates - used to do it years ago and really liked it. One of my wrists is pretty shot, but liking the idea of finding a centre with a physio who will take all the baggage into consideration. The martial arts would be strictly non combat - if that exists lol

with mine ,but quite the opposite to the normal complaints of overweightness, stopped looking at scales a long time ago. and thinking please let this wirey whippet gain some weight ,thanks to our son and lots of gym work , protein powders and god knows what ,for the first time ever i’m happy and proud of my body ,only took 52 years ,lol,i’m always late to the party ,haha ,so never think it’s just the cudderly ones who have body issues ,some of the least likely ,feel your pain but from a different side of the coin mr b - Posted from rhpmobile

So I am very fit so you would assume I am looking for the same but I am attracted to the person and been fit does not equal skinny. I do Pilates and Yoga and they are different, I feel that Pilates really helps with the core strength. - Posted from rhpmobile

I have decided its time to love the body I have....some days more than others. It show my life, I may be a shortie but have never been petite. My belly has a mind of its own, some days its flat and some days its like a little budda belly. Its covered in battle scars from various surgeries and I cherish each one of them. I spend a few hours a week in a gym working on cardio and resistance fitness without being crazy about it. If someone has issues with MY body, its their problem not mine. After all its only a collection of skin , fat, cells and bones that house the real you.

Playing on a quote from Forrest Gump The mind is a powerful thing and positive self talk can be an amazing tool to how we feel about ourselves. I am a fake it till you make it kinda person I go by how my clothes fit and not by scales although I do weigh myself occasionally. My weight does not define me in anyway. Confidence is key for me and will be from here on in. My body has certainly been through a lot but stretchmark, scar and wrinkle is a map of my life and wouldn't change a damn thing about it.
