  Depends on whether it will be a one night stand with a stranger you both pick up or with a friend for the first time. If it is a stranger for the first time it is usually me flirting with someone at the bar or looks across the room that gets things starting. Very quickly I introduce John to my new friend and he makes it clear their company is welcomed by us both. If it is a guy, John buys us all a couple of rounds of drinks and shows that he is comfortable with my flirting. Once we know that we are both comfortable with this guy, John asks him if he would like to come back to our hotel room for a drink. If the guy is up for it we leave and grab a cab. I sit in the back between the guys and John starts playing with my leg and I kiss him. I then turn to our new friend and kiss him most of the way to the hotel. Everything seems to go well from there. If it is with a friend we usually have them around for dinner and then we have a soak in the spa with a few drinks. Nudity+spa+drinks usually ends with fun!
