The most important leader

November 12 2014

The world is full of well-known political, economic, social, religious, business and other leaders. Thinking about leaders who are currently alive and who are well-known across the globe, if you had to pick one who you think has a genuine, positive influence on the world and who you personally admire, who would it be and why? - Posted from rhpmobile

The Dalai Lama, more for the damage he hasn't done as a world leader. The rest are just a rabble. Meanwhile my current "pop" hero is a French sailor called Loick Peyron.

Me too :) Mostly for the messages he promotes, about tolerance, compassion and kindness. World-changing stuff.

Or otherwise known as Emma Watson. Both in her current role as herself and as a role model in Harry potter. Xxviolet

I admire the courage and strength of conviction to which he has devoted his life to fighting a seemingly impossible war, in spite of constant criticism & ridicule - especially by the very same people that are supposedly on the same side.

My mum.........she's very well known in an international circuit. She's travel the world with her experience and knowledge. She's well admired, reputable, been in magazines and nominated for several awards. (including here and overseas). Her kindness and life devotion has never gone unnoticed. Such a shame she's aging, unwell and can not put time/effort or travel any more. It makes me a little sad her passion for what she loves doing the most and devoted all her life too, is deteriorating with her. Foxy

To me....... I cannot look past the strength of Kurt Fearnly...... and the Morcombes. Amazing people in the face of cards dealt to them, and that's what leadership means to me - Posted from rhpmobile
