I'm stuck on my long hair at the moment, everyone seems to prefer that look. Hard in the wind walking to the Meet and Greet saturday and wished I had my short one on. I suppose if I grew a beard I would be tempted to put up a new profile pic though

I wouldnt necessarily change pics but would mention broken bones or sprains and strains. I can sometimes have back issues so would mention that if it was causing me grief at the time.

Would if it was a massive change like going from long dark hair to a short blonde pixie cut (which will never happen) When I had half a head of blonde foils I didn't feel the need the change them. Like MissB and injury that would effect my 'performance' I'd mention but couldn't put a pic up for that. I can't really think of anything significant unless it was major surgery that altered my appearance either through necessity or cosmetically. Some weight change up or down I'd mention but also if we got to Kik stage for instance I would send up to date photos immediately. I put on a lot of weight right before Sydney, and even though I've lost a few kilos in the three days since I've been back (so strange) I would still mention I'm a few kilos heavier at the moment.

Quoting 'AnnieWhichway' I'm stuck on my long hair at the moment, everyone seems to prefer that look. Hard in the wind walking to the Meet and Greet saturday and wished I had my short one on. It was playing havoc with my hair as well! The long hair did look great on you :)

Quoting 'Missb4u' I can't believe you cut your gorgeous hair 😱😩 It was just getting so hot and annoying. My hair grows pretty quickly so in a few months it'll be fairly long again. The lady who owns the salon freaked out a little when I first came in. She explained to me that there was another woman who looked similar to me in there earlier who had really long hair, longer than mine was, and she was incredibly anxious and worried about having it cut even though she was only having a small trim. Before she looked at me properly the owner initially thought I was that woman coming back in to complain that they'd taken too much hair off!

It is the shortest I've had it for years. But I don't feel the need to change my pics because of it. It will grow back quickly. I have put on weight recently (due to medication) and do mention that if we are going to meet. Hopefully I will get back to normal soon. With pics I say how old they are and I will mention significant changes. I like to be honest as there is no point in lying if I am going to meet someone. I just wish others could be as honest. Most men(????) I have met look NOTHING like their pics. Or the pics are from 20 years ago. Ffs it is a deal breaker for me. What else are they lying about? 😏 LD your hair is gorgeous X

I tend to put up a new profile photo every time I have had a significant change in either: - my looks (in terms of skin condition); or - my hair length; or - my dressing style; and - the obvious significant weight changes. So that people get a rough idea of what I look like, and if meeting in person comes to real life, then what they see is what they get. But I am out of the meeting interest at the moment. Therefore, I change my profile pics, from time to time, just to flaunt my new outfits 😛😛 However, as transparent as I am, I still won't be bothered putting up a new profile pic if I'm not in the mood to do so, especially when I am not up for meeting anyone at all (like now). - Posted from rhpmobile

I put up new photos when I got some new piercings as I know that those change some people's view. Although I did keep the old ones on there as well. When it moves to the Kik stage I send ones that include my tattoos as I don't like having identifying tattoos on my rhp profile. I update my photos very regularly anyway so I don't see why I would update for minimal changes in weight, hair, tan and skin etc. However, if they are big changes then I would do new pics. - Posted from rhpmobile

I've not heard of that rule. If it means you only change pics every 15 years and 30 kilos then can't say I agree with it...

Lost a LITTLE bit of tone due to being injured one way or another for the past two years. Still fully 'functional' though, but I do mention it. - Posted from rhpmobile

Agree with LD. I'd say every few years and 5 kilo. So round it out (no pun intended )to 5 and 5. But you yourself marry up with your piccys from what i saw at the meet and greet. Few blank spots at this end but may have you down as a good kisser.......??

You do have great hair, thinking if you have had that much cut it will only make you stand out and well just make more turn and and say wow that's a pretty lady. Embrace your body be happy and never worry about other people think just let them talk about you means your doing A ok .

like miss b said I mention injuries that may impact on activities I tend to err on the side of caution and update my pics fairly frequently and have a variety of pics available , I'd change it for for obvious piercings or tattoos or massive hair changes.

...at my age and size I can't use the rule...as for being a good kisser, um....I recall us discussing the scale of Straight to Gay and all gradations in-between, but I don't think we kissed...in fact I'm sure, much as I enjoyed meeting you. I am very Old School...100% straight; not even a bi-curious fingernail.

Thankyou :) I'm certainly not worried about what other people think, although it's not like I've done anything too dramatic. It's still long enough to tie back in a ponytail. I would mention it to potential meets only because I'm very big on being completely upfront and not giving anyone a reason to be surprised by any aspect of my appearance in person. My public pics are obviously done to look quite flattering but I have pics in my PG that are less 'posed' so to speak, and give a good idea of my normal, everyday appearance.

Quoting 'Luck_Dragon' It's still long enough to tie back in a ponytail. well, since 'shit can still get real', why would anyone cry foul? :p (if it was a bob, could it not get real? ) I've jokingly complained when I met someone in one country as a natural blonde (since there wasn't a hint of regrowth), and then fast forward a few months and the next time I see them they're at the airport as a dark brunette... but that's also because it's not so easy to find someone in that sea of people around an arrivals exit when you're looking for easy to spot features (that now don't exist).

You were prob in the loo, looking in the mirror. " oh I havent pashed that one before..." Lol Anyway, back to ze topic.. I like to keep my pics within 6 months. I will delete the ones where my hair is different, and put new ones up. Which reminds me, I must take some new face pics as my hair has changed colour. Time for a clean up I think. I also change pics if I get a new tattoo. If it gets to the meet stage, I dont want ppl to feel uncomfortable about my tattoos. Some ppl dont like arm tattoos on women, so it gives them a chance to see what they are in for.

In all truth, this is something I've been struggling with for a while. Since I first started on the site and started posting pics here, I've put on more weight than I'd really like to (I'd like to blame the stress of trying to finish my studies, but I really can't make excuses). One of the best compliments I ever got from a woman at a meet early on was, "You actually look like your profile pic!" With the weight that I've put on, though, I really haven't felt overly happy with my body and haven't been enthusiastic about replacing my "thinner me" pics with "fatter me" pics. That said, though, it's been quite a while since I've come here actively looking for new play partners. If I was really looking to get active with meeting new FWBs, then the need to post current pics would feel a lot more imperative than if I'm just lurking and contributing to the forums. I mean, hell, I received all of 8 views in the last month. With a rate like that I'm not feeling a pressing need to show off my bigger self to the community here.
