Depends what your 'valid reasons' for not showing your face are. Given that so many guys insist on a cock being their primary image.... ..... .....a life outside of RHP that I prefer to keep somewhat separate. Face pic is in the PG and if someone intrigues me I have no problems sharing it, but I prefer to make that choice case by case rather than have everything out there for all to see.

Who knows I'm on site, BUT I have a job, and a profile within that job which precludes it. It's that simple. I have plenty of face pics in my pg which I'll share with the right people though. My bosses hold the view that people in my line of work should be held to a higher standard than the community at large, so like it or not they can afford to be the Morals Police - to an extent, anyway.

Dg is right re looks, as some people men and women are not lookers so they can loose out if they put up a face picture you on the other hand are smoking hot. My frequent flyers are just enough now to get over there. But I may have to hitch a ride home again.. the guys with sunglasses are also problomaticc as well. I have other people to think about and how me being on rhp would impact on them. Plus ii have been recognised a few times and if you don't want attention off line by people its best not to show your face to much. plus people can see you without being members of rhp if they are reading the forums. I just like to keep my worlds apart, as like others say RHP is only a fraction of my life. but I would not every bother to meet a guy without a face picture it can go in the pg. I am sick of guys saying I can email it to you or sms. Like to mix up our pics and sometimes will show our faces in public. I have no family in Australia, no kids and no political ambitions, so I'm not too concerned. I will however make sure my naked body and face are never in the same photo though. I'd rather not discover my pics on the wall in the security guards' office one day.

I have met a lot of people off sites and have come to the conclusion, most people don't look like their pic on first sighting.The are taller, shorter, better looking, or worse , dress up or dress down ... just not the package you had imagined. Some I have walked past and only recognised when I have rung and the phone owned by the guy sitting next to me has rung. So yes .. I did like a pic but it was not crucial.

I put a face pic up because I was getting loads of guys contact me because they liked my breasts. Once they saw my face I never heard from them again. LOL So now its all on display. I'm not sure if its wise in such a small population. Having it up there has reduced the number of breast fetishists contacting me though and for that reason alone, I'll leave it up. So unless your profession or your circumstances demand discretion, have a face pic.

We don't have face shots in our public gallery, but we do in my our private one. It's more about being in control, to an extent, of who sees our face.We have no real issue with people knowing us, more often than not they'll be on here too so we're in the same boat. It's just wanting to maintain some control over what happens to us.We'd meet someone without seeing their cock pic, but we wouldn't meet someone without seeing their face pic.

I had my face pic up for about 2 weeks and i was nervous the whole time. It only took one person to recognise my face and this happened in the second week. They asked some telling questions in regards to my ex sports life and came too close for comfort.

It always confuses me (and gives me a chuckle) when someone validates their lack of photos or refusing to show a face pic because their job/position in society/TV career/Church congregation (etc etc) and it might cost them their job. The thing I can't understand is that the only way to see the photos is to be on the site. So if anyone complains, the only reply one can give is "so you are on RHP as well?". When I first joined RHP, I was still in the military and had a female Commanding Officer. She called me in her office one day and asked me if I was on RHP. Of course I answered yes, I had nothing to hide, turned out she and her husband had a profile and she had seen mine. Naturally the first thing I did when I got home was to check our their profile lol. Next day at work, went to see her and 'suggested' she hide the photo of her in partial uniform (that is a big no no, either wear it right or don't wear it at all). She did take my suggestion and the topic was never raised again. Mooka

To Splicey, Freya and Mes, Yes I know you don't have to be a member to troll the profiles, I think we all may have done that before we joined RHP anyway. But the case I stated still stands, if someone tells me they saw my ugly mug on RHP but insist they aren't members I will then offer the retort and ask them if they make a habit of going to sites and trolling thru the profiles for their own jollies. I use to hold a fairly high security clearance, the last time it was up for renewal I had to go to Sydney and be 'interviewed' by two men in suits. Of course one of the things they asked was what social media sites I am a member. They already knew about my FB and twitter accounts but I was honest and told them . They took the details down (my username) and within a week was granted the clearance. I did ask them if there was a problem being on RHP and their comment was as long as I don't mention what I do or have photos from work, there was no problems. As they said, yes RHP is an adults only site but I am an adult and free to make my own choice. I can understand people in some careers having to be judicial on being seen on a site like this. The Clergy, maybe teachers, or someone high in the public view might have to be circumspect about being identified but that is only a very small percentage of the population. For the rest of us, if my employer found out and fired me over it, I would see them in court and I would win for unfair dismissal. Fellow RHP'ers, I agree, everyone must retain a certain amount of privacy on sites like this, simply because you are dealing with a group of people, some of whom may not be entirely sane or trustworthy. The easiest way, give a general location or the neighbouring town/suburb. That why they can drive around to their hearts content looking for you, they are just in the wrong place. I have found that those who won't put up pics tend to do it for a reason, normally because they have lied like a pig in shit in their profile OR they lack the self confidence and think no one would contact them if they had photos visible.
