Topless on the beach

We want to make naughty and sexy picture on the beach, I mean topless photos.Is it allowed to be topless on any Melbourne beach? No we are not talking about the nude beach but the common beach i.e Chelsea, Sea Ford or St. Kilda.Well, we saw topless women on any other country but none in Melboure.Please advice

Those beaches u mention i have seen toppless women there so i wouldnt b to worried bout it, just get the top off & if someone complains then move . Maybe just go away from where the crowd is . Ur lucky u have ur partner to take the pic's , i have to stuff around to take mine by myself
