Two guys fantasy

Hey guys, please don't judge me. I'm new here registered just today based on my friend recommendation. I have a very for long term friend with benefits. We've been experimenting with things as we are very open minded. However, her big fantasy is to have two guys in bed when one is taking me from behind while I'm kissing her down there. Is it realistic to find a guy interested to join us to make this happen or is it rather a long shot? As I say, I'm really new here. How things work here? How to approach this?
