Unattractive

I have a particular physical type I'm most attracted to. It's a bit of a curse to be honest because the type of man that makes me drool tends to be attracted to a different type of woman. Still, physical attractiveness isn't everything and I've been trying to pin down a few of the characteristics that really draw me to a man. Easier said than done. I am starting to get clear about things that I really find unattractive in a man though, and the number one thing on my list is bitterness. I understand that we all get disillusioned by life from time to time, but to be bitter and to blame others in a childish and petulant way is just yuk. It's become an instant turn off for me - the minute I spot it I wish a man all the best and walk away. Harsh? Do you have the same reaction when men or women you're interested in are bitter? I like to think of myself as kind and compassionate but this just pushes my buttons. Thoughts peeps?

is an indication that the person is still in that place and still with that other person in their mind.Forgiveness is the most liberating thing that anyone can do ,not for the person that harmed them but for themselves.Otherwise they are just a prisoner of old pain.It's sad but true. The only person who can make you happy is you,negativity is contagious,as are enthusiasm and positivity,why would you choose to spend time with negativity...not a harsh judgement Halcyon just common sense.

But only if it's required for a cocktail mix.. ~smiles~And i can be totally unattractive too. I have to make an effort, but it is possible. It involves a cross between anger, sadness and Monday mornings. It can also happen when Macapaca looses his pants in the night garden. That's so infuriating!!

... agree with you "h", bitter is not an attractive trait in my books, a real deal breaker in fact. My other is a distinct lack of humour. Smiles are so attractive, beguiling & endearing :-) xx
