Unisex Bath House / Sauna

We are looking for an European style unisex bath house where we can go for a sauna, swim in the pool, steam room, and so on, in a relaxed atmosphere. Most day spa's have their facilities segregated, but we are looking specifically for unisex as we are a couple and want to relax together. We are not bothered if it is clothed or nude. Are there any recommendations in the Brisbane area?

I think they're all segregated here, sadly. It would be nice to have a spa day with friends who aren't girls, though you'd have to choose carefully those who'd be able to enjoy relaxation nude without being creepy. All the mens spas here tend to end up as hookup joints from the sounds of it. I wish Australia were more like the Europeans and able to separate nudity from sexuality.... xx Sarah

Has separate houses with spas. Can't remember if it has steam but the massage are great.

Maybe a local platinum gym in Brisbane has one too - Posted from rhpmobile the Castle Hill fitness first has a unisex steam room too C2K fitness at the Castle Hill RSL also has a big unisex jacuzzi/spa (though not really "day spa" type facilities) If you're after a nice weekend long thing, an afternoon flight to New Zealand and you can be in Rotorua within a few hours - they have the hot spas, or even better are the natural hot creeks like Kerosene creek, or 'secret spot' which is nice for some nude hot spring relaxation after dark (nothing naughty or sexual, just like a nude beach with hot water and no meerkats)

The Haven Spa in Tweed Heads is not too far from you? Probably a weekend trip. It caters to adults and you can opt to go nude. I have never been but I have heard they also hold parties and events. Would be interested to hear if anyone has been?
