Validations prove that a person is real and not a fake. Gives you an insight into whether or not that person is what you are looking for. I think maybe too many might also act as a deterrent for some people.

Profiles and subsequent validations can be and often are faked. I fail to see how they prove anything. The biggest deterrent for me are template validations. I always assume they aren't legitimate. "I certify...." Surely if you want to validate someone, you'd want to put it in your own words? There are also a lot of validations exchanged between people who go to parties. What's the point? Why the need to tell others of your activity. I've only ever given one, he asked me to after a successful meet, but I later regretted it because I don't like them. I can appreciate how it's different for couples to have to show they are a couple, but those validations can also be from faked profiles. There have been people caught out doing this but many more that look dodgy. Nope, not for me. Seeing them on a profile doesn't automatically put me off but I inspect closely let's say 😉

Validations that vouch for a person's character and authenticity are ok, IMO. For instance, attributes like fun person, easygoing, etc. But validations that are TMI, for eg. "I can guarantee that he/she is a good fuck!" / "He/She has great stamina and we had multiple rounds!" / "She gives awesome blow jobs!" ... that's Eeeeeewwww! Redneck and Hillbilly to the nth degree! 😣😝 Excuse me... where's the vomit bag? 😝

a validation will make a certain person feel a certain way depending on what they are after on this site. If they are just looking for a place to park their cock for a few hours then seeing someone with 50 validations will only assist in giving them some confidence that they might be on to a sure thing. For the others who are looking for something more serious or less risky those same validations are going to be a MAJOR turnoff. I dont personally understand the point of it and I don't see how it can be seen as a positive feature of this site. I try very hard not to judge people and I have nothing against those who sleep with as many people as they can as long as noone is getting hurt but I for one dont need someone to validate neither the fact that I am who I say I am nor that Im good in bed. Opinions are like assholes however and that feature might serve a purpose that I'm not aware of. - Posted from rhpmobile

...In actual fact I believe a 'name and shame' feature would be far more proactive for weeding out the liars, time wasters and fakes. - Posted from rhpmobile

Now, that feature will be a revenue-killer for this site! 😜

Mean fuck all to me.... As they don’t guarantee people will show up or that they are real..... This whole reliance on such things in my opinion is just a system to help mitigate against potential disappointment.... I’m not verified but I have a decent piss taking validation and it doesn’t generate any extra interest or success as that’s solely dependant on the individual... - Posted from rhpmobile

that a profile is who they appear to be. Anyone can write anything about anyone and it can be very far from the truth. Validations are one thing , whereas verification is another. We personally don’t like validations at all and have in fact rejected/deleted them when people we have met (via Rhp ) have then gone on to write a validation. Why ? Because we don’t like to advertise who we may have met and or had sex with. Validations can however be a good way to gauge the tastes (& standards ) of others by checking out who that have met up with / had sex with. A good way to gauge who to avoid, in our experience - Posted from rhpmobile

Have you noticed the number of profiles that have those cheesy sexual validations...... .... and who claim to be discreet? 🤔 - Posted from rhpmobile

Interesting this popped up. We are currently searching for someone for our first MFM and we have been reading lots of validations after viewing profiles that convey who we are looking for. Whilst you can never definitively confirm they are legitimate, I do prefer to read validations to then decide if a coffee meet should be arranged. I agree some will likely be fictitious, yet we're proceeding on the basis that if a profile reads well, they communicate well in messages and they have some corresponding validations, this helps us decide if we go to coffee for the all important 'see if we click meeting' before going any further. We have no validations as we have yet to connect with anyone on this site, yet do truthfully represent who we are and what we are looking for. If this was reflected in a validation for us, we'd consider adding it to our profile. Anyone reviewing our profile and validations is then obviously entitled to determine if we are legitimate or otherwise. For us it helps, but then we're new and yet to actually meet anyone we've spoken to.

They are a bit of a turn off unless they are funny/playful or say something about the character of a person. Everyone's sexual experience is different and I can't predict how mine would be based on someone else. But I guess in some situations they could be useful, such as in the case of something like a gang bang. When reliable people who show up are needed etc.

Two from when I was a couple and two as a single. They're quite flattering, match the words in my profile and are from good well written profiles so I see no harm in having them.

Tacky late night TV add, "don't miss this opportunity" and "must try", I'm tipping it won't be long before the free set of steak knives makes an appearance.

But only to see if they match my own ideals when and if we meet . Apart from that .. No '. simply because I know a validation can be dudded up .. Besides , with the couples / single's I've meet up with I've never ever been asked to validate , nor have I requested the same ?

Those template validations don’t read well and are cheesy. We much prefer to write and receive personally written validations. We’re picky who we receive validations from as it can really determine who is drawn to your profile. That’s been our last experience anyway. A validation, along with a friends list tells us a lot about a person, who they’re associated with and what to expect if you commit to meeting them. That strategy hasn’t let us down so far 🤞 - Posted from rhpmobile

I’m pretty sure you can only give a validation from a verified profile. So not sure why someone who is verified would validate a fake profile? We have to one, so I guess it proves we’re living, breathing humans 😉 Mr D - Posted from rhpmobile

the all important double act. When they bang on about stamina in the profile for example, then the validation says how much stamina they have 😉 or mention how well hung they are, the validation reads the same. I just roll my eyes and assume they've dictated what they want written in there

On the mobile so just quoting part of what you said "I’m pretty sure you can only give a validation from a verified profile. So not sure why someone who is verified would validate a fake profile?" Is that actually correct? I think you have to be a paid member? But I don't think you have to be verified. In fact, one of our forumites faked a profile with a picture of a male model, unsure now but think one validated the other profile lol or maybe on the friends list, can't remember now, but then spoke to each other on the forum 😂😂 Some crazy kids on here 😉

"A validation, along with a friends list tells us a lot about a person, who they’re associated with and what to expect if you commit to meeting them" Just wondering what a friends list tells you? 95% of my friends list are people I've met at social events and have then gone on to become close platonic friends outside of RHP who l adore but have no intention of getting them altogether for an orgy.......oh ok then that maybe a little fun 😝

...as had I accepted them, I'd have 231 from this site alone, all positive too. What can I say...I'm a manslut who owns his own airplane. Naaa...really, we all have our own preferences and mine are rather eclectic! 👍😃😆 - Posted from rhpmobile

Yeah I’m not 100% sure but I seem to recall trying to give a validation from my “open married guy” profile (paid member, not a guest) but I couldn’t until I got it verified. Mr D - Posted from rhpmobile

Quoting 'Meander' My validations say I'm real. Or unreal, whatevs. And that at least two people here think I'm a nice human. As for what I'm like in bed, that's something the people in my bed can find out for themselves. Yeah, but that reference from "Steven on the Loose" looks a bit dodgy. Is his profile even legit? I mean, he hasn't worn those sparkly pants once to anything I've been to.
