ever noticed the phallic shape of the vanilla bean?....Many people find the scent and flavour to be intoxicating...me,not so much ...as for vanilla sex,one person's kink is another person's mundane,or shocking..it depends on your point of view xx Q

don't worry about what everyone else thinks. A lot of people are full of shit anyway, they talk the talk but don't walk the walk. But then again, you do get those you would never pick to be the kinkiest fuckers ever!! Each to their own, you do what you feel comfortable with. Some people like to explore more than others, some jump in head first to try everything, some grow sexually with a partner, others try things with different people...so whatever floats your boat :)

Yourself , partner or someone else? I believe there are people who use it and will say it in a derogatory way to others and then there are those who are proud to have Vanilla sex,yet they get frowned upon from others and in some environments and lifestyles. And then there are those who market merchandise to decrease vanilla sex in the bedroom and even pron movies to decrease vanilla sex in the bedroom as well. Then there are those who will teach different positions in the bedroom away from Vanilla sex, write books etc etc So who decides?? Is it the culture we live in, our society or the lifestyle we choose to have?? Is it our fears?? Is is our own individual choices of what we feel is comfortable? Is there anything wrong with being Vanilla? So who really decides?? I reckon we choose it for our selves not what others choose or want for us. I also believe there is nothing wrong with being a vanilla or kinky as all fuck! :) Foxy

Is the one flavour of ice cream with the least petrochemical additives. In regards to sex, I believe anyone who's even thought about joining a site like this is immediately disqualified from that list.All terms are pejorative and objective, particularly on the internet, and particularly on a site like RHP. Or it could be liberally applied to anyone and everyone who still thinks anything that isn't missionary is kinky, or alternatively anyone who thinks doggy-style is as kinky as it gets. For any other definitive answer you might like to try urban dictionary, and look up Cleveland steamer while you're at it. And wasn't Vanilla the name of that wigger who ripped off David Bowie and Queen in the mid nineties?

I use the term vanilla for people who are more traditional in their tastes. They don't swing, they are straight not bi, they don't experiment in the bedroom or out if the bedroom. They are happy with what they have and aren't curious about what else is out there and are not adventurous when it comes to sex. I also sometimes use the term vanilla sex. As in swingers clubs are very vanilla. So a few sexual poses and some oral mainly. Where the line is I don't know except the more you see the more it becomes every day. So really, there isn't a universal definition. Having vanilla sex with someone you have a deep connection with is amazing. Just like ice cream, you can't beat a good quality vanilla flavour. It's the best. I think anyway:)

Ah, that topic! I have quite, erm, firm views. Morally, sexually, any reason ... do what you like, dress up, pour viscous honey into crevices, whatever. But for me, the focus of sex is the exquisite sensations that relate to the way the body feels, so I really don't have any predilections other than skin-on-skin, and permutations of how we do that. Perhaps it is "vanilla" but if the analogy must apply, there is imitation vanilla essence and 100% pure. Or another analogy. An athlete competes in a fairly narrow range of physical motions (the 200 metres, whatever) but some just do it so much better than others.

I suppose I thought I was not Vanilla when I joined this site and when I did get around the forums, I may say I am definitely Vanilla compared to some of the wild sexy women here. I am comfortable with that. However, I am open to what this site offers and learning. But I know what I want to do and there are just some limits to what I will do. All great as it is an education on my part as I learn something everyday. However, I am not the run of the mill Vanilla, more like creamy luscious Vanilla with cherry on top , side or anywhere you want it.. Sooooo, who wants a scoop of me? Lol.
