What’s Important This Xmas, New Year & Life.

December 23 2017

(Praying to the RHP God, the site doesn’t bugger the formatting 😇) Just a brief reminder coming into the New Year and surviving Xmas 😏 about what’s truly important in life. Would love to hear which number you feel you live by. I hope you enjoy reading the Dalai Lama’s 18 Rules of Life as much as I did and send my Best Wishes out to you all for a Safe, Sane, Enjoyable Xmas Weekend and coming New Year. MERRY🎄CHRISTMAS!! ~ ⛄️Roh & 💋Indy xx 1. Take into account the great love and great achievements involve great risk. 2. When you lose, don’t lose the lesson. 3. Follow the 3 R’s: Respect for Self, Respect for Others and Responsibility for all your actions. 4. Remember that NOT getting what you want is sometimes a wonderful stroke of luck. 😊 5. Learn the rules so you know how to break them properly. 6. Don’t let a little dispute injure a great friendship. 7. When you realise you’ve made a mistake take immediate steps to correct it (by not running to the Mods and having others posters comments/thread deleted 😝). 8. Spend some time alone every day. 9. Open your arms to change, but don’t let go of your values. 10. Remember that silence is sometimes the best answer. 11. Live a good honourable life. That way, when you get older; and you think back you’ll be able to enjoy it a second time. 12. A l❤️ving atmosphere in your home is the foundation for your life.🌺 13. In disagreements with loved ones, deal with only the current situation. Don’t bring up the past. 14. Share your knowledge. It’s a way to achieve immortality. 15. Be gentle with the 🌏 Earth. 16. Once a year go someplace you’ve never been before. 17. Remember that the best relationship is one in which your love for each other exceeds your need for each other. 18. Judge your success by what you had to give up in order to get it.

could some please take note of that lol yeah I just find this a bit preachy. I hate rules. Most of us have been raised properly so we know right from wrong, how to treat people, but some of us no longer feel the need to behave in a certain way just to meet the criteria or please others, or find it necessary to gain that approval from others. I act/react as the situation arises, as do most people. I don't however bite my tongue, after a lifetime of being expected to do that, now I let 'er rip and own it. The person/people will know exactly where I stand on the matter, never left wondering. But rules I loathe and will not have anyone telling me what I should say or do, ever, not even the Dalai Lama lol

I once read the Tibetan book of living and dying. Certainly helped me to more acceptable of things I can not change and things I need to walk away from. I dont follow religious reasoning for Christ-mas as Iean towards Pagan/Wicca so its a Merry Seasons Greetings from me 🍾🍾 In life I like to follow from numbers 1 - 18. Sometimes tho, I am challened and can be challenging. It's life and what makes us all individual. Blessed be all. ♥️ - Posted from rhpmobile

Read with interest your rules and the Dalai Lama is a very wise man. My Rule to live by would be 18. I have had to sacrifice a lot in order to appreciate the things I do have. I was raised a Catholic but incorporate things I have read and liked into my daily life. Karma is one thing I believe in totally that the things we do always come back to us. Good bad or otherwise. Negative people sap our energy and lust for life and its a shame they have to infect everyone else with it including on here. So this Christmas I would like to wish everyone a happy and safe Christmas/holidays.
