My Sundays are spent in the air, introducing people to the joys of flight. There are those who have a desire to learn, and those who are simply there for a good time - each person has a different goal, so each flight is different. A friend of mine once told me it's not a job - it's a wet dream that pays!

I see a grey and moody sky it reminds me of quiet Melbourne Sundays in Autumn.I love my life in Queensland...when it's not bucketing for weeks.....but I do miss those Sundays.Walking through the Botanic Gardens, strolling down Acland Street and listening to the chatter on the pavements, always in Yiddish.Maybe it's time for a visit.

When you are single from Sat 4pm to Mon 8.00am is the loneliest time ever It is time of reflection on what was but also holds promise of what could have been I chose to no longer have Sundays in my life. They are way too painful - Posted from rhpmobile

Shinas, i used to feel this way too... When we seperated we agreed to share custody of the two youngest, this meant they went to their dad every weekend. Suddenly i was alone every weekend, no husband, no kids . I had to make a conscious effort to fill those weekend hours. Now i am self indulgent on the weekends, i nurture myself. Take the time to do the things that it's hard to do when you're juggling the work load through the week. Sure, i'd love to lay in on a sunday morning and start the day with some lazy loving followed by cooking breakfast together, and in time, i likely will. Til then i'm going to enjoy giving myself some time and attention. Should be flying, taking in the sights at 4500' AGL, but in reality, I'm usually doing paperwork, washing the clothes and preparing for my next week at work

My son has Rep basketball training at 9:30am until midday! I come home, eat lunch...my son heads out to visit his million and one friends (not kidding...that kid has more friends than anyone I know)! I then get ready for my clients and do massages until around 6pm! By this time my son is happily eating at an elderly neighbours house (she has no family and LOVES my son to death). I pick him up at around 7pm and then we have a bit of time together before he just HAS to get on Facebook lol! But like Manly...I love my job...so don't really consider it a job! xFunlovingx

A good old roast dinner (on the bbq though too hot inside) Left overs today and tomorrow.... lashings of hot English mustard! Other than that just work.

In an ideal world, all Sunday's are bright and sunny, a hot summers day. They start with some exercise in the morning, perhaps bike around the bay. Then they progress to a long and lazy breakfast with lots of coffee and the papers as the heat of the day rises. Then to the ocean, late lunch and followed by perhaps a nanna-nap. Later, music and the smell of bbq'ing...All that is nice alone or with family and friends.Of course, sprinkle that with sex (where ever I typed "and") for best results./day-dream

Not necessarily in that order :) Weekends, when I'm not single, are usually dominated by a lot of sex - lazy, hectic and all in between - a trip to the beach weather permitting, and a cafe meal (or two).

Enjoying quiet time before getting into the busyness of Monday. Eating easy to prepare meals, made with minimal fuss and mess. Being together, watching a movie. Appreciating what we have. Peachy
