Why did I see a gay dream though I am straight?

July 24 2018

So I am a heterosexual male and I was in relationship with a girl for quite sometime but had a nasty breakup last year. So a few days back I had this gay dream. I would like to explain the dream a little. As far as I remember it started with me getting dressed up as a girl by 2 girls who appeared to be my friends. And after they were done they were joking around and I don't remember exactly what happened after that but then I was sucking on a guy's cock. He came in my mouth and the girls were cheering on while I was blowing him. And then one of the girls said now the real challenge or something like that and took out a strapon and I woke up. I felt really strange and weird as I have never had such a thought when I am awake or even in my dream before. I remember only once I had crossdressed by a friend of mine as I had lost a bet but it was a close door thing. And I was just wearing clothes not make up and stuff but I vividly remember that in this dream I was completely dolled up with a wig and even wearing lingerie. And I didn't have such a dream then..this incident was 3 years back. So I don't know how to explain this so it would be nice if you guys can help. When I shared this with a friend she advised me to recreate the dream in real life but I am not sure this is the right advise. So would want to hear your opinion-Is this normal? What should I make of it? I am sorry for the long post

Don't over-analyze your dreams too much. Sometimes dreams are just the corner of our minds where the rubbish tends to get caught in. I once had a terrifying dream of stabbing someone to death, didn't mean I wanted to kill someone. Having said that, I would ask two questions - did you enjoy sucking the guys cock in your dream? Did you find the cross-dressing aspect exciting? When you awoke from this dream how did you feel? That's actually three questions, but anyway. Your post seems almost panicked, so I am guessing you didn't feel too good about your dream when you woke up. If you enjoyed the first two but felt ashamed or panicked when you woke, it could be that something has awakened in you and how you deal with that is really down to you. Don't panic though, nobody knows about this dream except you (and of course us anonymous people here) and nobody has to know. Same goes for any persons sexuality, it really does not have to be anyones business at all. If you hated the blow job and cross-dressing and felt ashamed when you woke, I wouldn't worry too much about it and go about your business as usual.

Maybe its more to do with the people you trust pushing you into situations for their own enjoyment 🤷‍♀️. I wouldnt worry about it too much unless you liked it,then maybe find someone you trust to experiment with. - Posted from rhpmobile

Hey, thanks for the suggestion. The actually crossdressing incident was all fun and taken in humor. We still laugh about it. So no trust issues definitely. But this dream was out of the blue.

To suck dick. It's an internal fantasy you have had suppressed since child hood. The crossdressing part was your inhibitions making it more normal for all concerned so you don't need to come out as bi or gay. A fear of coming out of the closet. Duck one and all will be revealed......

You know your dream was covering up your desire to be a sissy submissive. Riding a dinosaur can only stave it off for so long.

Quoting 'AnnieWhichway' You know your dream was covering up your desire to be a sissy submissive. Riding a dinosaur can only stave it off for so long. According to Freuds teachings......I WAS the dinosaur, the armour represented my unwavering masculine self confidence and the representation of myself as a human.... was my subconscious willingness to clone myself, and put my clone to work while I live the badass triceratops m'f'ing life But I digress

Hey guys there has been a recent turn of events. I had another dream last night. In this dream I was again crossdressing. I am Indian and in this dream I was wearing traditional Indian woman’s clothing with make up and accessories and was going to some Indian festivity with my friends. I agree that I have crossdressed once but that was 3 years ago and I have never had such a dream before. Now I had two dreams back to back. Thankfully there was nothing sexual in this dream. - Posted from rhpmobile

It was a dream you had 3 years ago and you’re still thinking it has some kind of significant meaning?? - Posted from rhpmobile

MLK did not necessarily have a dream you know.. he "SPOKE" about having a dream.. to invoke thought and discussion in the population who listened, and for those who have followed up on it since.. He spoke those words to substantiate his position to the public. I ACTUAL fact, he may have secretly been the most racist man alive, and using his speech as a subliminal message to particular persons who would transform the "DREAM" into the hatred and racist filled societies he really wanted... So... the interesting thing would be, IF RHP admin could slip us the number of males who have viewed OP's profile, and sent him private messages suggesting a play meet...

I think what's more important/interesting is whether the dream or its theme, repeats. I sometimes dream of being chased by something I never see... but I feel the ( sometimes )fear of it behind me. Usually, the setting is out in the wilderness. I've had variations of that dream since my early 20's..."coincidentally" when my father died. I don't have it very often anymore as I eventually learned that it was associated with my feelings of guilt....that I was running away from things. And so, I acted to correct that... improving myself in the process. Bingo....the unpleasant dream went away. But, I think my mind uses it as a kind of default tool once in a while, these days, when I'm neglecting something. It's good to look into your dreams and even learn things about yourself. Like fears, you just have to be open to facing them.

Ahh yes you did say the cross dressing was 3 years ago.... The recent Indian lady’s attire I can tell you what that’s all about....your conscience is trying to tell you to apply for that IT job at Telstra :) Or you might get suddenly interested in dentistry :) PS. OP = original post OP = original poster Depending on context....so it relates to the original body of text or the author...or both lol - Posted from rhpmobile

You are right...perhaps it is telling me to apply for that IT job. But thank God I am not a white dude. Otherwise the dream could have either meant that now I must shoot random innocent school kids or maybe go to a country, kill all the aboriginals, take what is their and declare it belongs to me. Cheers
