Who knows? I think measurements are taking from the perineum in a lot of cases. Here's a theory. Are you sure they are exaggerating ? How was the "inevitable truth" your friends descibe revealed if they didn't actually meet? Maybe the measurement and the photo don't match, but photos can also be hard to measure. If they are, it might be to compensate for a lack of biceps. I guess the reverse could also happen. Maybe we should only include penis and bicep photos if they include a ruler. Independant verification would be going to far. Some of the profiles indicate the minimum measurements that they prefer, but size can also be a problem Girth isn't usually a problem but I think length can be just a few idle thoughts

But I have actually knocked back guys on their size being too big. the ESTIMATION of penis size is just mmmm, a whole lot of uninformed guess work. I mean BS I can guarantee you that 99.998% of the entire population do not have a clue as to how to measure the length of a penis. So what is the correct size?
