  If you haven't established a level of comfort in the intimacy between you and your partner where you can show him or her what works for you, there's still some work to be done. I understand not everyone is comfortable with this but being with someone where you're truly connected and totally comfortable witn each other at all levels is special.

I think this topic has been raised a lot in the past, and i would imagine a lot of women who do masturbate not only in front of their partner, but also while on their own as well.   Can I just say... (I am the female in the couple). I am very sexual, when single would masturbate 2 or 3 times a day. In front of my partner? Hardly at all! When I was maybe 22 I think? I had a guy I was seeing, not seriously, but I felt we were comfortable enough sexually to masturbate in front of him. We didn't discuss it, we were on the middle of some hot play time, i thought he would find it hot... I remember him basically pulling up stumps, making an excuse and leaving. I believe that may have been the end of our fling, or close to it.
