  I did a bit of a search.... theres more to this than merely a "size" issue. But your last question caught my attention. Ladies if your man had this size would encourage r eduction Doesn't it stand to reason that for him to BE her man... she finds his penis.... acceptable?!!Just a thought.

  So it's girth was more than it's length?! Was he a Sagittarian? Seriously though, if it was that thick then he was never going to be able to have sex. It seems pretty reasonable to me if that's the case. His penis was basically non-functional at that size...

  25.5cm girth is similar to that of a coke can and there are some guys on RHP advertising their cocks at that size. It would be interesting to get their perspective on how size affects their sex life. 17.5cm length = 7" which is rather nice. If this is the size in his flaccid state what is the size when erect?   Was very unhappy with part of his anatomy, because it affected his way of living and caused him both mental and physical pain. Kudos to him (and his parents) for doing something now and not waiting till adulthood.

  "WHO knew that penis reduction surgery was a thing? You wouldn’t think there would be much call for it, but an American 17-year-old’s penis was simply too big, measuring an above-average 17.8cm in length but an entirely unmanageable 25.4cm in circumference.And that was when it was in its flaccid state. Dr Rafael Carrion, a urologist at the University of South Florida, told Mail Online it was a unique case.“It sounds like a man’s dream — a tremendously inflated phallus — but unfortunately, although it was a generous length, its girth was just massive, especially around the middle,” he said. Penis reduction surgery has cropped up in popular culture over the years, notably as a plot line in the TV show Nip/Tuck and as a joke in the movie Waiting for Guffman, but it had not previously been attempted. The unnamed youth had requested the operation as his penis had prevented him from playing sport, and penetrative sex had also proved impossible. The surgery team adapted a technique used to treat Peyronie’s disease, a condition that causes the penis to bend, which Dr Carrion described as being “a bit like having two side tummy-tucks”.The young man’s penis had been affected by bouts of priapism — a condition that causes painful, unwanted erection. The penis was not measured after the operation, although Dr Carrion described it as being “generous” in size.“It’s slightly longer and slightly thicker than the average male, but now it looks symmetrical, and the patient was very satisfied,” he told Mail Online.The case was subsequently written up in The Journal of Sexual Medicine. “Lord knows there’s a global race on how to make (a penis) longer and thicker in plastic surgery circles, but very little on how to make it smaller,’ Dr Carrion said."

  Thank you ... context helps. OP I think it would be up to the man to decide that one. I see it in the same category as a woman whose breasts are too large to allow her to get on with day to day things. The extra weight can be unbearable. I have known several women who have had breast reduction surgery and are much happier now. At the end of the day its an issue that isn't all about sex, but comfort too. LG
