the cabin of the truck can get a bit too cosy for two let alone five lol But would I go to a fellow RHP'ers house for dinner?? I think it depends on a few points:- - context - period of time that I've personally known mentioned member - who else is going.... As shallow as that last point may be I think it's quite a pertinent point in order to manage the potential for bad air bringing the dinner into disrepute irrespective of how civil people can be.... - Posted from rhpmobile

I'd go, rather than host - I hate doing the introductions and all that other stuff I think it is an interesting idea, a small group is much easier for everyone to get involved - large gatherings you can cloister yourself off with the folks you know, or hang out as a wallflower - not so in a little group. I can imagine anyone invited to EB's dinners would be in for an interesting time, she's a character thats for sure. (Small groups like that would be a good size for going out as well - 5 or 6 people can wreak havoc on a town :) )

Definitely go to a member's house, as I don't own a dinner table. If they did come to mine, I'd order from Menulog, as I suck in the kitchen. Oh, wait... ;-)

We would first meet them in a public place to make sure they were legit and not psychos. Only then would we consider going to their house. Would not invite anyone to our house until we know them very well. We value our privacy and safety. Know a few who have allowed others to come to their respective houses. All went fine for a while until they decided to part ways. That's when the stalking started. Unlike a mobile phone number, which can be changed in the event of a stalker, a house is a bit more difficult to move from. - Posted from rhpmobile

I had four gorgeous RHPers round for lunch and a drink on Sunday. I had already met them all, but we had a really good afternoon. I made chicken in a red capsicum, cream and paprika sauce with sweet potato mash and veg, and one of the girls brought dessert. So, yes, I would invite five people I hadnt met round for dinner. Would stick with the chicken dish as a main, have a seafood starter of prawns or oysters, then Affagato for dessert. I honestly couldnt pick just five, I would have to do the same as EPB and choose the names from a hat! Freya, can I add a g stringed wine waiter?

Certainly go to a female RHP member's house for dinner if I got invited. Call me chicken, but if I hadn't met some or all of the other guests before, I would want to make sure that there would be another female at the dinner at least. Would I invite other RHP members to my house for dinner? I would invite them to my place as a lot of people feel comfortable at my house. well firstly ..... I'd lash an interesting looking volunteer to the table as a centre piece .. talking point (presentations is so important ...) .... and pour 6 glasses of Margret river red/white .... my personal fav. would be Voyager Cab sav or Clairault Chardonnay .... subdued lighting .... and theatrical music ... (think Moulin Rouge ) chicken and Celeriac vol e vents ... petitebaked salmon, asparagus, lemon grass and sweat potato mash .... biscotti and coffee ..... ... and maybe a little exotic something to finish ? ..Ralf ... Dinner with 5 rhp members I haven't met yet- love to. As for what to eat... roast delight selection roast meats roast vegies and assorted baked goodies. Who is the tought part.

because after all, a RHP Member is just like any other regular person. The only difference is that "sex" is our common interest so conversation at the dinner table should be interesting and fun !!! I wish that I could host but I can't because of my family situation. However, if I lived on my own, I wouldn't have a problem with hosting. Amy

I cooked for 5 RHP members on Friday (ok so one of them was mrs3some but it still counts) Prosciutto chicken and potato bake was all that was served...but alcohol and general chat followed by a spa was also on the menu.

had people from rhp over for a meal, also one house sat for me over xmas I have a rhp woman that lives here with me and hubby and another lodger I like to cook, and have a table to seat ten. Love to do the winter roasts and those yummy winter deserts Freya of course and Cavey and Blindman and Boots Inspirit, Ms Silk and Ms Peachy Meander and Meeka the girls I know from Wa ( you know who you are Koko and her bunch of friends) all these guys I know off line so no problems about strangers in the house. Looks like it has to be a buffet to fit them all in. I think what EB did was fantastic, I would have loved my name in that hat. maybe she can be the events person for dinner for 8 and we all pay to go. Gosh the more I think of it the more I want to dinner, as have met so many lovely people ohh and Mischievous Lad so i can poison him.

6 RHPers at our place a couple of weekends ago. We had BBQ chicken wings and dips for starters, hubbies awesome BBQ for dinner including a pasta salad, scalloped potatoes and panzanella salad as sides. Followed by homemade cheesecake and sticky date pudding for dessert. I had met them before and I like them so it made the company and fun a lot easier. Mary xx

Hmmm, hard ask to limit it with just 5 so I will have several dinners over the course of 3 nights. I love a dinner party and always hold one when I can. I love cooking and it appeals to my gourmand sensibilities. I will invite a mix of people I believe would stimulate conversation: controversial or not. Night 1: Full menu - 3 course French cuisine so ditch the diet!!!Meander, Koko, Simpleneeds, SimonDoes, Anniewhicway (yes you to resolve our sexual tension and I heard you look good in a French Maid outfit - which Koko will provide from her stash...) Night 2: Full Menu - Spanish tapas (8 types) with sherry and sangriaRalf (ok I know you personally but have to have another joker in the house aside from myself), Mischievous Lad, TrueGent, YoumeEqualfun, and my hot friend from Sydney (he will remain 'young' and nameless here ) Night 3: Full Menu - 3 course Thai banquet or Asian fusion (WA people)Inspirit, KeepItSimple, EB, and 2 hot guys from WA (I choose one I know of - very hot 52yo) and the other your choice ladies Night 4: Left overs - WhatevaPick of the hat.... and who ever wants to come over to help me finish the lot....

It actually seats eight,so I would have six guests,total strangers.I will post an event ,same as EB did and if more than six apply ,then the names go in a hat to be drawn by an RHP friend...she is a surprise guest 😘xx Freya

LadyT and Freya so we could talk about Art, Life and other things and not just over the phone50zcool so we can perve on his bumAnywhichway so I had someone to play with :-)Cavey for the entertainment. An eclectic bunch. Bonfire out in the front paddock (weather is getting cool now) Slow cooked lamb shanks (ask Sirstir how good they are!) with sour dough bread.
