  For every piece of "scientific" research there is a counter piece with the opposing view.  The media simply reports the research to get the most attention.   I've done plenty of research... some published, some not.... the ones that get media attention are always the juicy ones (I can't disclose them due to my own privacy).   There are some VERY VERY smart men on RHP who are cheating.    xxx Miss Saturn

  What stupid govt department gave them a grant to find that one out!   Don't make an iota of difference on the the IQ!   Have known some very alledged "very smar" men who stay in an unhappy relationship and cheat.!

  Smart guys usually make lots of money. Wealthy guys end up buying trophy wives to show how good they become, because they missed out in school and have a chip on their shoulder. Trophy wives can't stand bonking their husbands and shag the dumb steel worker with the bulging biceps. Steel workers wives don't have the income to get the liposuction and cosmetic treatments, the clothes and such and become baby factories, so the steel workers join RHP. RHP accepts no responsibility whatsoever for broken homes. The rich guys know their women are topshit, so they don't cheat cos they don't want to lose half their shit. Half of a dumb guy's shit isn't worth protecting, so they don't care.   There are exceptions to every rule but its all wrapped up in a neat little package.   $$$ make the world go round   Random

Its good to have it collected together like this. I  guess we all know at least one trophy wife, the one that trains hard to be seen as  "Mrs Wife with the perfecto bod" that hides her  woes in other men and/or alcohol.   As you know I've meet many people from different backgrounds....it's amazing at how people will open upwhen in a relaxed state..but i never kiss n tell..so to speak..lolMy thinking is some stats are not always correct has some people will not always be totally honest in surveysMiss S and Trish are right..for every research that's undertaken..there are two sides to the story as such,it becomes a debate of words.There are so many factors and degrees that come into play when it comes to the human nature of a person,people will cheat regardless of IQ.As for money..random..it doesn't make a person as a whole or happy in their own skin,it also can't buy integrity,communication or faith in people.A few might have classify me as a trophy wife.but i never viewed myself as such.I worked hard and with diligenceto make my home a castle and a haven for my husband and kids.even all the yard work,no one else had to lift a finger,bloody spoiled..lol..but he was the one away heaps on the road to provide for us.so i had no need to complain.So as for cheating...sure i might have been tempted at different stages in my marriage of 27yrs..but NEVER acted on it.and NEVER would.My kids happiness was paramount.xoxoxmumma
