Only kidding!!!! Depends how far you want to travel? Have you thought about the Bunya mountains or a little place secluded area I've recently discovered called "lost world Valley"? There are some pretty amazing little secret places there. Good Luck and hope you both find what you are looking for. Foxy

There is a book put out by the State Govt Called National Parks, State Forests & Water Reserves. It gives a description of each area & the facilities that are available. You can camp in State Forests & Water Reserves. There is generally no one there. We used it a few years ago to take my mate his family & my kids camping & fishing. It covers over a hundred areas so well worth it. Cheers

My suggestion, search for "spring gully stays" and during the week it is very private. you can explore the land around it for hours without running into anyone. But it is also very clean and relaxing, I am sure you could even get away with skinny dipping in the mountain stream at times. The fishing is so good, but the camping is.

I was there recently for work to check out some secluded places...there's huge farming areas that sub let out their properties. There is one called "Lost World", very private away from everything, sleeps 11 or 12 people, a runny creek and can even go bare naked there too...I sussed that bit out. ;) Foxy Yes my back yard is pretty awesome to pitch a tent or two and enough room for a fire pit. Just bring marshmallows!

Lost Vally is 1.5hrs drive south of Brisbane...part of Lamington National Park. Lost World is just outside Beaudesert...actually both are just south of Beaudesert. Foxy
