  Why not do both couples. Why limit yourself.

  I would choose the mental connection, mental for me is far more sexy than physical any day.

  Take them all out, have couple "B" excited your minds enough to play, then have sex with couple "A".   Or   Have a group session

  We have always found hard to bring 3 couples to same wavelength...1 couple always felt left out...in a small private party we always felt pressure of everybody has to like everybody....may be such pressure is not in a club with many couples.. May be we simply don't have skills to enjoy group...I am not trying to blame anybody. For us it is much easier for 2 couples to manage differences and enjoy the similarities
