sydney meet and greet question

September 02 2015

Hi here is a question if any one has done it has anyone did a meet and greet for young people to have a night in a dance pub and then a night club after that . I have been to a few meet and greets and they are great night but I'm thinking because people are young a lot would be shy . I think I Would have to do the Irish thing and get a few free drinks to get people going ha ha. What do people think - Posted from rhpmobile

If you supply free drinks, instant crowd. And everyone will be your friend..........until the drinks run out. So line up the sex whilst the tab is active.

I've put on food, complimentary drinks and a band with door prizes etc. and even tried a cover charge. I think I can honestly say every M&G I've been to and organised have been a success. People will come whether it's 30 or nearly 200. All you can do is put it out there, young, old, who cares if they want to come they will, if they want to step outside their comfort zone they will, if they embrace those nights for the social events they are then they'll come out on top. It's up to the individual what they get out of it.....gimmicks and freebies don't make any difference I don't think.

worthwhile to do a few random checks on site to firstly see how many active "young" people are on site at any given time. From my own observations, the younger people that sign up initially generally tend to have a relatively short shelf life ie they might initially put up a profile, and then either don't come back again, or perhaps only once or twice thereafter. When you log in and then go through a search, you will note the "latest" members in the middle of the search area - if you then check the profiles on some of the younger ones, you will generally see that their last appearance was on last week, or last month, or something of a similar nature. Very few tend to hand around for the longer term. Might actually be hard to find many current "younger" members, and then you've got to get past their shyness to get them to participate. Tall

You want to meet alcoholics then free drinks might be a great start, what type of person do YOU want to attract ? You can give it a go and report back. Hp xo Because you're worth it...

earlier this year or late last year someone organised a M&G for the younger rhp members.. I missed that one and a friend said it was awesome as in, she felt more comfortable around our age group.. Maybe you can organise another one this time Billy? Would loooooove to go out and meet other people around our age group, off the glass screen - Posted from rhpmobile

I know I don't act my age - AT ALL..Earlier the year I was on a group tour with a bunch of 21year olds - me being the oldest - and the tour guide did not believe me when I declared my age - I blended so well in they thought I was 27 at MAX! :)

It would have been just great with the amount of work and dedication you guys put in. And people were raving about it. It was just that I was in Brisbane two weeks too early for it and going back just for the meet was not an option with kids, work and finances (for the weekend party) to think of. would have been such a blast to meet so many good Queensland people in a great setting. maybe when you get to org next time, a few of us Mexicans south of the border) may cross over to sneak in some Tequila into your punchbowl... Arriba, arriba!!!!

Quoting 'KrissySYD' I know I don't act my age - AT ALL.. I think if you can't wheel yourself into the venue without tearing out your catheter out of place, then you are too old. And if you need a hall pass or day release pass from your Nursing home, that means you are too old.
