Sounds very HOT and sensual, Andy. If it were me wanting the wax on my body, I would want natural wax or bees wax. I'd be cautious of wax with other additives like scents, fragrances and dyes, as these may cause skin reaction. Keep those sorts of candles for lighting in the room. ;) I would also want the after care of my body (where was poured) as well - I think that would be of importancel. Good luck with it. Foxy PS_ Have some icy cold water, near by just in case.

you can get dripping candles at your local adult shop. NORMAL CANDLES SHOULD NEVER BE USED FOR SEX PLAY, THEY WILL BURN. Dripping candles are still hot but not like normal candles. There are also massage candles that when burned turn into massage oil, very sensual.

is its amazing and I can't wait to do it again all over my body. and have a dust buster ready as you find bits of wax everywhere for days. Every piece I found was like a memory of the night it happened 😊

Yes exactly Ralf, you can actually buy wax, just for wax play.... Wax play is extremely sensual, it's a sensory overload, dark room with only the light of the candle and if you mix it with a bit of ice play, you will have them in absolute ecstasy......💋

1. Melting point is critical. You want a low melting point for the wax otherwise you could leave some unsexy burns and scars. This is why you DON'T use beeswax candles and certain commercial candles with high melting temps. If in doubt enquire.2. The different colour candles all melt at the same temperature but the closer the colour is to black, the longer the heat is retained in the liquid wax. This allows for some graduation in the duration of the sensation, as well as making pretty pictures on someone's skin.3. The height of release from the skin will also alter the heat and duration of the wax. A release further from the skin allows the wax to cool slightly before it hits the target.4. Pay attention where you drip that stuff. The back has fewer nerve endings than the front of the body. Erogenous zones around the breasts and thighs have more nerve endings. All are legitimate targets - you just need to know the subject's tolerance for pain. Ideally, I like to work up from the less sensitive areas to the more sensitive so as to acclimatise the subject.5. The skin should be clean and dry before dropping wax on it. If you have being using oils, such as for massage, before hand, make sure the oil is fully cleaned off otherwise there could be burns when the hot wax hits the oil. The oil also makes it harder for the wax to dry on the body, causing smears.6. It can be a bitch to clean up afterwards. Liberal use of ice is highly recommended for both the contrast of sensations and to cause the skin to contract thus making it easier to scrap the wax off.

Missb & Lovinint, from my experience, I am thinking it would take a bit more than some wax to hook you but I would be happy to rope you in for an evening with soft candlelight anytime.

In thinking about answering the OP earlier this weekend, I did not come up with any much more than that. Great post, well said.Drop size is an issue, all else being equal. Larger drops take longer to cool (greater length of fall). Ultimately, I suggest the novice wax dropper tries it on themselves before their droppee. Painting drop sheets can be handy to have used, once you come to the clean up phase.

Beautifully Bound has some awesome dripping candles, both for beginners and people who have been doing it a while. There is nothing better after a good spanking than the dripping of some hot wax.I always suggest starting with a Beginner candle though, they don't burn as hot and they don't set particularly hard. :)
