  In that relationship OP.Your ex has obviously moved on and you need to too otherwise you are stuck ..but perhaps you are happy there.   We all ' move on' and take our own direction at our own pace. If you need to do what you're doing for a while so be it. Asking for advice from people who know nothing about you is unhealthy imo. If it's making you feel 'crazy' and you're worried then maybe talk to someone who knows you and has their feet firmly on the ground.
