where is the help page?

i would just like to know why the hell there is nowhere on this site to get help. i recently renewed my membership and paid the 69 dollars for 3 months, yet i am still on guest status. can anyone suggest how i get this looked at?

Scrll right down to the bottom of the window. It is right ther along with site map, terms of use, tips on safe dating privacy policy etc, etc, etc
