6 Packs On Girls?

August 24 2012

Just out of general curiosity I wanted to find out people’s options on girls that have 6 packs. When I say 6 pack I don’t mean over the top body builder women who are on steroids. I mean a nice just defined 6 pack. The reason I’m asking is because I have just started to show my own 6 pack (just the beginnings of) and me and my female friends where having a massive argument over it. I think women who are fit look hot! Again I don’t mean women that go over the top body builder types but women that you can tell just by looking at them that they are healthy, fit and go to the gym to keep in shape. Since I have started to get fit I have noticed I appreciate the hard work people put into looking good. I never use to and I use to think fit women where “skinny b*****s” basically because I was jealous, yes I’ll admit it! Lol My female friends argue that it looks unnatural and ugly to which I of course disagree. So I wanted to find out other male/female perspectives on this topic. Taby x.

I expect your female friends say 'unnatural and ugly' to you but to any one else they say 'skinny bitch' just like you used to.Seems to be a case of perspective (whether or not you have a 6 pack) combined with maturity, which you and your friends have yet to attain.

male perspective here - i'd probably vote against the 6 pack on girls. i'd rather run my hands over a girl who was just smooth and toned rather than muscular and defined.

I love fit women simply because they can keep up and participate rather than being passive all the time. But fitness does not necessarily equate to skinny as, indeed overly muscled girls can be a bit like shagging a bloke, too hard ! Depends what you like I guess, some softness and femininity is nice.If you want a good abs workout get yourself a strap on and a willing "training partner" Your looking pretty damn hot girl and there is no reason you can't have a fit body underneath a healthy amount of flesh. Muscle definition on chicks can look odd. Healthy is sexy too !Remember gym fit is not necessarily healthy, it can be artificial, all muscle no cardio for example, personally I prefer "working" fit rather than Gymbo body, like tradies. A working body always looks hot, it doesn't need a workout to "pump up"My 2c

I think your friends are right, may be they are telling you that you have a distorted view of your body.   The men on here will say baby you are hot, yada yada so if your fishing for attention you will get what you want   When I look at your pictures I see a young woman who may be on the doorstep of a bigger problem   Talk to your offline friends, and listen to them   the key to it all is to be FIT and HEALTHY I see to many young women at my gym there for hours and sipping a protien shake and are way underweight.

We've been on rhp for quite awhile now and noticed your profile on several occasions even when you used to be just 'Taby'..Was interesting to watch you grow into your sexuality and write of your experiences as you went.. Its been awhile since I read any of your posts, in fact the last I remember was when you started dating older guys, obviously awhile back now... My thoughts back then were' although inexperienced your posts were always interesting. When I read your post today' I noticed how much you have matured and how good your body is looking, obviously from alot of hard work in the gym.. Must admit' you looking good.. In 2 minds about the six pack.. I love a flat firm stomach on a girl but unsure about the 6 pack look.. As good as you look now' I wouldnt go to far.. Just my opinion... Jon.. Mr JJ

Interesting. Ok so I just want to get one thing straight because as some have already hinted at… and I know it’s going to come up at some stage (it always does). I do not starve myself or over exercise. I eat 3-5 healthy meals a day (lots of veggies, fruit, salad, lean meats, eggs and seafood). I go to the gym 3 times a week (weights) and on the other 3/4 days I go for a 3km run. @tuscanred – that wasn’t very nice. So you think I’ll have a "bigger problem" down the road if what you’re referring to is me being too skinny. I am working on building muscle not losing more weight. I just wanted to clear this little fact up before someone accuses me of being anorexic. Also I’m not looking for men so sucking up doesn’t work.

I love a fit looking body male & female. However I don't like heaps of the six pack look where you build your abs out - creating the six pack - this looks much better on a man. Alot of the core workouts do this ... I'm fit (forgiving me a little over winter) I love working out and getting results and have watched my body completely reshape itself over 12 months ... My secret ... Tracy Anderson ... She works with you in such a way where your abs become defined yet feminine and sexy ... She also does amazing things for your but!!! You are gorgeous - your hard work has paid off! Google Tracy if your interested xx Cassandra

Mrs P has a six pack, but that is all due to her slim build, work and lifestyle. Mr P does not mind and has no preference either way, but would agree that it does look impressive and would love her just the same if she had otherwise. Nothing wrong with looking defined as long as it does not become an obsession and if it is a bonus from a healthy lifestyle choice then why not.   Everyone will have their own two cents worth and you will probably find that the people who are mostly against female body definition are people who feel threatened or are just plain judgemental.   Taby, you are looking good, enjoy it

...I took my weight training very seriously. I worked out at Paul Graham's gym at Brighton Le Sands. (Paul was a former Mr. Australia and, while living in the states as a flat mate and training partner to Arnold Schwarzenegger.) I had met Paul a couple of times but he left the running of his gyms to Les and Erika Geisen (Erika was the inaugural Ms. International). So I was surrounded by the culture. I once met Cory Everson and Carla Dunlap, both former Ms. Olympias and both were appearing as exhibition guest stars at local bodybuilding competitions. Cory and Carla were pioneers in female bodybuilding from a time when the aim was to enhance the female form beore the steroid monsters took over. Carla had the most beautiful body I've ever seen. (I wrote a letter to the forum of 'Muscle and Fitness' magazine about how impressive she was. She remembered me and sent me a Christmas card.) Rachel McLish, Lydia Cheng, Kike Elomaa were totally beautiful too (Google them). Trust me, if you hit the weights and eat right (no stupid fad diets or starving yourself) and stay well away from steroids, you can only improve your shape.

You know Im not too sure if guys stand around and one lifts his singlet up and go "boys whadda ya think of me abs.." I bet if they did they'd get a beer can or sharp words thrown at them.Obviously you are proud of your efforts and well done so you should be but perhaps you should have stopped there.Heads up, its not the package but how the person carries it that sways a bloke! Girls come in all sizes and what some see as sexy others dont. Asking a bunch of girls is asking for trouble, unless you are in the middle of Golds Gym chatting to like minded souls!!You are disturbing the years of hard fought love thyself from the inside honey!

Massive argument? Plain and simple reason, they're Jealous! I'm an epic fan of the toned belly and appreciate the hard work that goes into it... Unfortunately due to my hectic schedule these last couple of weeks my own has lost most of its defintion :( - fancy giving me a closer look at yours, Taby? ;) But going along those lines, I'm not so much a supporter of the 'chiseled' look on girls nor even guys for that matter. Unless women actually take steroids, enhancers and OD on the protein shakes, it is scientifically impossible for a woman to get muscled up to the same degree as a man, because we simply do not have the requisite amount of testosterone in our bodies to do so. I've talked to PTs and seen it myself at the gym - women get sucked into the nothing-but-cardio trap of thinking that doing weight exercises will 'bulk' you up. Sure, cardio slims you down and ups your heart rate and thus your metabolism, but weights not only help to define, but also increase the strength of your core, lower back, as well as giving you better posture! You're looking in top condition, girl. Work to maintain what you've got x

This debate is pretty similar to that of short hair on women...some people will dig it, some will not (the usual opinion being it's too masculine). To me, the biggest turn on about a toned stomach on a girl is the dedication it takes to achieve it.

When I make my international rugby come back, I'm going to have to do some work. I'll probably have a bit of a six pack and I guess I'll just have to live with that. It's just one of the things you need if you're a dynamite loose forward clearing lazy props away from the breakdown. But I can forgive my self for this.So seniorita_taby. Are you a Russian acrobat that has to ride a unicycle up an elephants trunk with two hunky body building blokes juggling each other balanced on your nose? If you need to do something like this, then it's entirely fair for you to sport a six pack.If it's only puropse is to cause tail enders in the high street next summer. Then maybe you should reconsider?People should be of pleasing proportion. Pot guts look about as appealing as smelly brown stuff on the bottom of your shoe. But a ladies tummy should be the sort of place that says "Rest you lovely head here while you read some Homer". But if yours says "drink me", then I’ll just have to read Alice in Wonderland while I rest on yours....

Personally i like a toned stomach on a lady mainly as i understand the dedication and discipline it takes to get one. And like you say, toned is good. Too defined, muscled up isnt my thing. As its been mentioned above, feminine abs are good and yes, its each to their own. Well done you.

Senorita taby: nothing wrong with looking fit and health, I am just wondering these friends of yours, do they go to the gym? do they work out like you do? Could the main fact be that they are jealous and they aren't putting in the hard yards that you are. Often there could be jealousy or putting others down because they can't/can't be bothered to put the effort in and don't want you to show them up. Of course if one is over doing it and being super muscled up can look quite ugly. There is nothing wrong with a nice toned. body If that picture you have posted is how you look now, then I can't seem the problem, maybe the problem is with the others, if you look good and feel good and they guys havae commented on how good you look then don't worry about the women, it could be that they see you as a threat.

I am an ex bodybuilder and whist now not as muscular and as lean I have continued to stay fit, somewhat lean and muscular and love abs. Just look at professional athletes..hot, hot hot .... Both girls and guys of all ages admire and appreciate the work, the look, the feel of a fit body. Get as toned as you like... it's hot and sexy..........enjoy what training does to change your look and feel......you'll never go back......... Have fun.

It is fantastic that you value, and can see, the changes that your dedication is making to your appearance and wellbeing. It is pretty harsh and selfish of people to don't share your enthusiasm or dedication to be critical of your appearance in any way. Keep doing what you want to do for yourself and your own reasons and just ignore those who are plainly threatened by your fantastic work and would prefer to bring you down to their level to make themselves feel more comfortable about themselves. Fit and healthy is sexy regardless of whether you can see your six pack or not, but if you can manage the six pack that is super cool for you. Just get your six pack through enjoying your exercise and don't let yourself become unhealthy in order to achieve it. The appearance is just an extra benefit and it is the health and happiness benifits that are the important ones. The best thing about exercise is that it is great fun and makes you feel so much better on so many levels if you are prepared to stick with it. More power to you, very sexy!

Excellent topic and fitness is my area.   There is a difference in appearance depending on what the woman is trying to achieve. The term female bodybuilder is misused. There is a difference on the female circuit when it comes to comps....the are fitness model comps and bodybuilding comps.   For fitness comps women are not bulking up they are actually stripping off as much body fat as possible and lifting light weights to promote the definition once the fat is gone. These women have amazingly low body weights ranging from as low as 48 kilos up to only about 58. They look big in photos etc because of the definition but if you stood beside them you would be surprised with how small they are.   For the 'bodybuilding' comps...these women are trying to bulk up as much as possible with muscle size and at the same time trying to drop as much fat as possible.   So to answer your question you basically have 3 types.......fitness pro look which is a small stomach and waistline to promote a defined ripped stomach......then you have the normal flat stomach with not much definition....they you have the bulkier thicker bodybuilder look. For those you don't know the difference its very easy....do a search online and you will understand what i'm talking about.   Senorita you have the flat normal look...not ripped with definition at the same time not hanging over your waistline with muffin top thick look. Personally thats what i like the best. I like the normal flat look in a woman compared to the completely stripped down with ripples showing. I like softness in a woman.....but don't get me wrong i don't think fully cut is ugly but not my preference. I don't find the thick bodybuilder look attractive but thats just me.

Gosh Tabby, it really is a personal taste thing. I think the most important thing is that you love your body. I certainly love the feeling that comes with being fit and what it allows your body to do ...just keep yourself in check with looking at pics, noticing how your clothes fit that it doesn't go too far. I recently noticed I'd put on a bit of weight over winter and a male friend said to me, "you look better with some feminine softness ". I've taken it on board and am not worried at all about the extra bits. Still have my six pack though and I love it;) You look fabulous , good on you for the work you've done to get there. Minxy x

Señorita. There is a lot of discussion on this. Now I know and can appreciate you aren't fishing for compliments - I'm sure you get many in everyday life ..... but god damn fine physique ;-). In my younger years I used to train quite heavily for cycling - riding approx 600km a week so I can fully attest to your commitment and dedication to training, nutrition and lifestyle It is personally rewarding. It is irrespective what others may think - it's your goal. As for the original Q, I admire the dedication if it's from an athletic ability V's an eating disorder - which CLEARLY you don't have. As per my profile says, the sexiest thing about a woman is her confidence, having a good physique is so a bonus. Personally, and it's just that, I think you physique in matching blue lingerie is sensual and sexy, when you flex and or cut down to you athletic pic is getting borderline I admire it but would necessarily want a woman in the hard core six pack all the time A woman is meant to be feminine and I think you ooze that but as many have said above being skinny and bony isn't, and neither is muscle bound - just my opinion. Congrats on the hard work, dedication and persistence, it certainly show and shines thru. Ooh and btw, you don't need to work on a tight ass you have a great one from my side of the screen !!. ;-p

I expect any girl Im with, to love and respect herself enough to give her body what it needs to stay healthy.30 mins exercise a day, and a diet full of lean meat and veggies is all it takes to be in shape. But you rarely find people who do this- mostly due to laziness and being easily lead by junk food programming. In my experience, a woman with a healthy mind will also have a healthy body.Being healthy long enough will lead you to having a 6 pack. I think you look good- hard work pays off! For the body and in the bed!

I think there is nothing better than a fit, toned woman with curves. As you state you're not talking about over the night bulging muscle bound women which isn't so attractive (not to me at least), and from what I can tell from your pictures your hardwork and lifestyle change has certainly paid off. You look fantastic and it's obvious you are achieving results through a healthy and nutritious diet and a good workout plan. If you were starving yourself or being unhealthy you wouldn't have the healthy and fit build you do, that much is obvious and I'm surprised it would be questioned.   I don't think enough women do weights because of the stigma attached that we will bulk up, which certainly won't happen naturally...we're not designed that way. More women should pick those weights up!   Your stomach is looking toned with a bit of definition and I think it looks fantasic with your curves.   Keep doing what makes you feel good. You will naturally attract people that are into a healthy and active woman!   Alina xx

If you're happy with your body and obviously proud of all the hard work work you've put into it then that's all that should matter really. They'll always be people and friends that that won't like a body type and others that do. What has started to annoy me of late is the amount of people that say they are someone's friend but instead of supporting them in whatever they do seem to prefer to tell them that what they're doing is wrong and they shouldn't be doing it. Friends should love you for who you are and not judge you.

and feel good about yourself can only be a good thing. As some people have already said, some will like it it,some won't. If your friends are real friends and care about you and have genuine concerns then perhaps you need to talk to them about the nature of their concerns.Perhaps they are worried about your health or perhaps a six pack on a girl is something that they are not accustomed too.If they are not real friends, then it could be that they are jealous. The potential problem in MHO is that you could go too far and become obsessed with diet and exercise in an unhealthy way. I have two friends that this happened to,one became bulimic and anorexic and now has muscle damage and other health problems , the other is now grossly overweight, obviously there were issues that they were addressing in an unhealthy way and that they still haven't really come to terms with. A healthy diet and exercise can only be a good thing as long as that line is not crossed and it becomes an unhealthy obsession. x Hugs H

Your own self image, and once again I will repeat my thoughts on this. If you require validation that you look good to be happy within yourself, then you have issues. By fishing for the "oh baby, you give me wood" compliment then it doesn't matter how good you look, you're needy and high maintenance in my mind. So relax, be yourself, and fuck everyone's opinion. After all, you can have a drop dead gorgeous physical appearance, but if your head space doesn't match you're just as ugly as those that take pleasure in putting others down. Chris

I adjusted my regimen and just maintained toned abs and regained the shape of my breasts. As just 2012 said, toned is hot but too masculine is not.

Hi Senorita_taby   I understand what you mean by a 6 pack on women. I'm referring to the women that gain their muscle tone via natural means, not by steroids, etc.   I think that fit women that have a 6 pack are the hottest women on the planet. It shows that they train hard, work hard, and eat well to keep not only their bodies fit and healthy, but also their minds. It so gives women the self confidence and self esteem that they look fantastic :)   For me, there is nothing hotter than seeing a muscle toned woman with a 6 pack. I just start drooling.

Why is it that people post on line and ask for opinions, and then have a hissy fit when someone else's opinion doesn't agree with what you want people to say. I never have a problem with people agreeing with me when I make a comment, "I'm Fat".... because I am. If you don't want people to have an opinion because you're gonna get shitty with their opinion, then it's easy to simply go with whatever you think and stop seeking validation for your own decisions. Guess it just goes to show that thin, fit, beautiful, attractive people can have just as many body issues and feel the need to be admired or validated for PERSONAAL choices, just as much as us supposedly normal or not so attractive people. I perosnally would love to be fit and admired for my body. But it's not the only way I can be admired and I'm not gonna stop my life waiting for my body to magically turn awesome overnight. External validation won't make it happen any faster or easier. Everyone just has to be this media driven ideal of perfect these days.....

Glad this subject was raised!!! I personally find it very sexy when a girl has a 6 pack "outline"...as you say there is a big difference between a fit faint and feminine 6 pack, and the girls who go too far with the body builder look....but hey, that's my opinion...the next guy(if he's being honest, not a suck up :P) might hate a girl with a 6 pack...and the next guy might go crazy for the body builder type....you can only please some of the people some of the time haha...but it's great you are staying fit!!

Each to thier own I think. What did strike me was the repeat of the "over the top body builder types on steroids" Who says all female body builders are on steroids? Now that is where your problem lies...not in what you do or dont eat. It is entirely possible for women to get that extreme body builder look without steroids... Excuse me but your bias is showing....

If you are happy with you,who gives a flying F..k what you look like. Beauty is in the eye of the beholder. Don't worry what others say,as long as you are not hurting yourself or others. Would be nice to have a toned tummy, not going to happen here. Only diet.lipo and surgery will help me. But hey I am 1 sexy woman. At 23 with a thin body, I had no confidence, wish i knew how beautiful I was then. learn to appreciate yourself Darling.

Taby how have you been? I saw what you wrote on FB about a week ago about being fit and other people trying to bring you down, but you are healthy and eating well not starving yourself, energy is up. The thing you have to remember, when people comment they all have different tastes, some like fit, others don't, they are saying their ideal type of woman. I can bet hand's down, not one would complain with you how you are now with the 6 pack. I saw the pic of your abs and in my opinion, look amazing. I also train and know the hard work and really appreciate it when other's as yourself have put in the work.   My advice would be to enjoy what you want to do and not worry too much about what everyone thinks, at the end of the day, you have to live with yourself every day for the rest of your life, can you say that about all the people that have told you how you look? Make up your own mind and decide on what you like, what makes you feel great about yourself, proud of who you are and when you look in the mirror you are who you want to be. Don't let society dictate who you are, stand out from the crowd and be yourself! By this time in life, I am sure you have a rough idea of who you want to be.   Life will bring people closer and other's further away at times, sometimes we say good bye to people we have cared for for a long time due people evolving, maturing and growing at different paces, I am not saying this in any malicious way at all, but if your circle of friends are not supporting you in what you want to do and being positive and love you for who you are, then maybe you should start spending your time with people who are currently into the same things as you. Peope will either push you to succeed, or pull you down to stay at their level so they are not left behind. Ask yourself, who do you want to be around and who makes you feel great. Your an intelligent girl, but I think you should worry about yourself more then what others think of you. Be yourself and people will love you for it.   To answer your question though, yes your abs at the moment look sexy as all hell and I would love to run my hand down it and watch it walking towards me. Very sexy and love the way you are looking now babe!!!   Rod

Quoting 'Dieselnoi' Who like fatty belly and cellulites? I love toned women, not over the top 6 packs, but moderately to show that she takes care of ther self.   I also like women who do squad. It shapes up her bum nicely.   Also, check out Mrs.Water babe, she's freaking hot!!!We think fit and healthy women look hot. And I appreciate the hard work and dedication that goes into creating and maintaining a strong athletic body. But I also agree with those who have said that you need to learn to love yourself to be truely beautiful, not search for approval from others. Just my two cents XXX

Quoting 'City_Kitty'..where is the sexy Mrs Waterbabes (and her six pack) when you need her? :( I mean the discussions........and I was thinking about this topic on my morning torture runs as I can them (stipping at the moment for my comp in two weeks - it's like the last two weeks waiting for a baby....HURRY UP!!). I digress....so I was thinking back to when I was in my teens and was very chubby (very). I was bullied for being fat and with the added curly red hair and huge boobs, lets just say I didn't win any popularity contests.....I hated the skinny girls who got all the attention and were just soooo perfect. I tried so hard to loose weight, I dieted, starved myself, played every sport I could and then.....I joined the gym. Over the years, (and it did take me years to get it) I learnt that the best way to get into shape was resistance training (not slogging it out for hours doing high intensity cardio). Combine that with some interval training and eat smaller regular meals including protein at every meal and hey presto, I sculpted myself a body. It's not rocket science, but it works. I know that some people hate me, I've lost a lot of friends in this process but I have also made some fantastic new ones who are like minded and appreciate the hard work I have put in. I have been one of the those haters too so I am not angry with them, I understand how they feel. So I guess my long winded response boils down to - do what you want, look the way you want to, and most importantly, do what makes you happy. Try to ignore those that would cut you down, dont fight them. And when you are happy, good things just naturally come to you. XXX

I had 4 pack abs but my breasts shrank as my testosterone was definitely not balanced with my female sex hormones. I adjusted my regimen and just maintained toned abs and regained the shape of my breasts. As just 2012 said, toned is hot but too masculine is not. What do I think of your yuummmmmmmidsection....??? well... you know what I think ... Yummmmm...and not only that!!! And I'm waiting for when you come back, to come by refresh my mmmmmemory! Nothing sexier than a sexy belly on a sexy woman. Not sure what it is about a slight 6 pack on a girl, but it really gets my blood boiling. Maybe I just like the look, maybe I appreciate that unlike a lot of other body parts, you can't just be lucky, you really have to work at it. Go back and read tuscan's post again. It's couched as a concern, not judgement. I really don't think you should regard it as "Not very nice"..Often reading extra into what people are actually saying can be a bit of a trap.. Anyway, Maybe asking for criticism when you're not prepared to take "one on the chin" is possibly unwise?~shrugs~ Quoting 'senorita_taby' ... @tuscanred – that wasn’t very nice. So you think I’ll have a "bigger problem" down the road if what you’re referring to is me being too skinny....

IMO a 6 pack on a chick is hot but that is my opinion. My preference and Mrs Luvlust's is for athletic bods as we're the same not overly muscular just fit and well toned. There aren't many chick's that can display a 6 pack but when I see one it turns me on, it is a reflection of your commitment in looking after your body, keep it up.

I think that a subtle six pack on a woman looks amazingly hot! Not the big body builder type muscles tho, they just look scary. I think it's the idea of an very fit girl that is most appealing to me, to me it suggests a high energy level and the idea that some (all?) of that energy is also present in your sex life - well it just makes me all tingly with excitement!

I have a friend off here who has one of the sexiest set of abs I have seen while still remaining very feminine not like the girls that look like a condom filled with walnuts. But you know the sexist thing about her is her smile and eyes, the window to the soul when we are getting intimate I am looking in her eyes not at her perfectly shaped abs what really turns me on is who she is inside the fact that she is a stunner is just a big bonus .

Hey I think you look great... six packs are very sexy on women as well as just smooth flat stomachs and curves in all the right places. But seriously, looking at your profile couldn't get past your green eyes... stunning!   Tuscan red is 60 so don't listen to her saying you are heading for an eating disorder just cuz she is generalising by seeing other women in the gym sipping on protein shakes. Jealousy from other women (especially the old ducks) is always going to come find you when you're 23. You don't need to defend your lifestyle choices to anyone. Funny how topics branch out to putting others down hey but human nature, insecurities and generally just sitting on top of a high horse dominates...RHP ain't any different to life.

The lack of education in many of these posts is disturbing. As a nutritionist and someone who works out five days a week I, of course, love the fit, toned look on all men and women. Whilst I don't believe my abs should ever be better than those of the man I'm bedding I love the fact I have a defined back, v-abs, and a very toned bottom. Whilst my abs are washboard flat, thanks to my body shape I'll never get that perfect definition.   Now, 60% of Australians are overweight and 1in 4 are obese. That is disgusting and unhealthy and it's usually those that fall into this lazy category that judge those who are fit. We fit people have less chance of heart disease, obesity, arthritis, osteoporosis, and depression.   Washboard abs are sexy and healthy. Maybe many of you should check your own waistlines before judging and criticising.

Yes PeachyPear, Tuscan Red did post her perspective which is great and that's why we have the forum but the the original question was relating to her exercise regime and asking about muscle definition and what others think. I work in the fitness industry and the girls I train eat way more than the average girl... it's just fuel for the body rather than random indulgence and yep cuz they lift weights they get muscles. Doesn't mean they all have health issues or eating disorders. Nor does it mean that it's leading that way because they enjoy exercise and how their bodies look in response to training. Of course gyms do have people which have this problem but that's another topic really isn't it and more a mental health issue.

Funny how topics branch out to putting others down hey but human nature, insecurities and generally just sitting on top of a high horse dominates...RHP ain't any different to life.   Yes I am 60 and glad for my years considering the life I have had. What a silly thing to say that a woman is jealous of another just because they are younger. I was young and learnt a few things along the way. I am however surprised that when I voice an answer, to look at moi how do I look? That I say how she looks to me, rite or wrong its just my view and as I do not know this young woman there is no other emotional investment in my opinion. And honey Us old Ducks ,are fucking very well for our age, maybe because we do not give a flying fuck what we look like any more. We kinda like it that men like us because we know what were doing and our star fish days are behind us. ohh and sweet ling you need to wipe that brown stuff of your lips, that’s what happens when you French kiss a woman’s arse. Hope it works for you honey, just take a ticket and line up.   I can only make a visual observation on a persons pictures, simple stuff really.   But then I am not looking with my cock in my hand, am I?   I am however a mother of girls, and perhaps that is where I view things from.   I really find that gender crap oh women are just a bunch of jealous cows, because they are not as pretty or as smart or what ever. No wonder women do have problems with self esteem with this crap behind some peoples rational for a different opinion. You do not know me, how the hell would you know my motivation behind my responses?   My high horse is an old grey mare. Yours is a gelding

Well said Tuscan Red! That's why I always enjoy reading your posts... very witty and with life experience to boot! No personal attack intended. Guess it's just my profession... the question was related to muscles on women not eating disorders or health or how skinny others think she looks in photos. Hear it all the time from women at the gym (jealousy and assumptions) and yep you women are your own worst enemy. Not us blokes we think you all mostly look great - old, young, curvy, slim....plus I'm just a sucker for green eyes!

My 6 pack has become a keg....this makes me very popular with the boys at the local pub. Last week, they tried to put me on a stand and shove a tap in my mouth. The were very disappointed when the keg failed to supply. I suppose this just means that..none of this really refers to liquid refreshment, that good things come in all sorts of containers, and kegs and 6 packs should learn to live together side by side, in harmony for the good of all mankind .

As they say in bodybuilder land - abs are made in the kitchen! You have to train but your abs won't show unless you are lean. Being lean and having abs is a sign of a woman who not only trains right but eats right too. I think it is super hot. Better that than being skinny fat!

Personally I love it, if its accompanied by what appears to be a well fed and exercised body, with some muscle tone etc then to me what it says is this woman looks after herself, and that to me is very attractive. Sometimes people will criticise out of jealousy because they feel either threatened or inferior, but sometimes its just not people's 'thing', who knows .. the only thing that matters at the end of the day isn't what your friends say, its what you want and think and feel. They'll either accept it as part of you and leave it be, or, they won't, and you'll know who your real friends are.

I prefer the lean look but that is not to say a female's form isn't beautiful without them. They are hard to attain, I run daily and don't do weights. Do a set of crunches and push ups after a run and that seems to work. Is a big turn on to see a female with a ripped body.
