I'm thankful for the wonderful weather. The sun is shining with nary a cloud in the sky, but it's not too hot and there's a light breeze blowing... so it's wonderfully comfortable and I feel grrreat!!!

For the continuous inspiration of nature, her many & varied creatures, and her many moods. I am thankful for the opportunity to be a parent. It brings meaning and purpose to my life. I'm so glad to see this topic has been taken on whole heartedly... Mostly in reply to you all, I'd have to say, "Oh Yes, I'm so thankful I can get where you're coming from. Some with appreciation and some with a bit sympathy thrown in lol. . I'm so excited to say, I'm thankful that we finally finished moving and setting up the above ground pool today!!! In a time of wirnessing other's struggles from the smallest of things (like wanting to collect Woolworth's Animal cards) to the biggest of things (where people have lost their homes in the recent Perth fires and pets have become lost during evacuation), I have seen and heard so much of human generosity and caring these last few days. . Bintangs and piña coladas (or any other cheap cocktail in Bali) ....... recovery from Bali Belly ....... a massage, facial, manicure and pedicure package for less than $40 ........ the lovely Balinese staff that prepare our breakfast and clean our rooms every day ........ We could just go on and on!!! We are thankful that we are good people and that LIFE IS GREAT!! Make the most of every day as if it is your last and never take for granted all the things you should be thankful for. Great post Mrs Peachy, nice to read a positive one for a change!!

we have scattered my husbands ashes.....took us, my sons and me.....only 15 years to do so.....at the Belvedere Beach. It was a very hard thing to do and finished this part of our life....my youngest was so not happy and my oldest came from Melbourne to see it through. I am thankful I have this amazing boys and both are my big love. Thank you boys for understanding your Mother so well.
