meet and greet

Just thought I'd start a forum... The last member-organised general Meet and Greet I think was way back in January. I'm curious if anyone is planning on another before Summer? If so, or if not, what would be a suggested timeframe? I know of some good hotels with private function areas (including the one I used for the event I arranged in March last year). This is probably a little better option than in an outdoor public roped-off area, especially if it is not the warmth of Summer yet. A good time is required to organise so I thought I would see what level of interest there is. CT.

    We have just tipped over the 50 registrations of interest, the biggest number being couples and then singles with a friend, in addition to those I know are interested but aren't on the event register. So even if half turn up we are probably at about 50 individuals to come along :)

    Well what else do you get a friend for a birthday present but tickets to Saints and Sinners!! Ok l probably wouldn't get too many friends SS tickets 😂 Annie - you know how much l love shopping so I will 'costume up' accordingly 😉😜 CT - we'll be there from Qld with bells on.     If you're ever up this way be sure to send us a "allo" 😁 Cucknshells your travel plans always seem to have the Gods conspiring against us.....someday!! 😊 I'm really gonna miss not being in Melbourne, they're ALWAYS a lot of fun!! Definitely worth the effort for EVERYONE.

    I would suggest you get the Doorman's post removed. I mean FredandGingers was cheeky enough which involved a totally different night/weekend, but the same night, the ultimate in rudeness.

    Even if I requested it, it would be rhp's decision I assume. I haven't felt cause in the past so have never asked (does it always require the OP?). But yes I think they could just as easily have made a new forum topic, although plenty of events never do (especially charged events). The problem is when the door closes on the other event that creates the clash. Unlike in Sydney when the other venues/events are not a conflict, as it's easier to do both, as later entry is available. - Posted from rhpmobile

    As an organiser and host my responsibility is to ensure everyone of all types is equally welcome at the Meet and Greet, which I ask only $5 pp for costs. Thus also I try to be diplomatic and therefor normally let things slide. Of course any other forum contributers can speak for themselves. - Posted from rhpmobile

    I had 3 posts removed from an event forum topic made by men/boys due to the lewdness of their input being at total loggerheads with the social nature of the M&G which the Mods did remove BUT I'm with CT, people mentioned their events and nothing further I think we should let it slide and just focus on how much fun and laughter they're going to have at the M&G on the night. It's up to the individual if they choose to go to more than one (even on the same night). Now moving right along I didn't bail on you girls Frisky I soooo badly want to come down and see everyone and run amok with you!! CucknShells we moved to the Sunny Coast so if you and the kids need a lovely place to stay just drop us a line!! We'd be happy to have all of you use our home as a base while you explore 😘 👿 It sucks actually because I had the best body stocking to wear to S&S.....and we still haven't ticked that off our list either!! 😔 I know you're all going to have fun!

    Everyone is welcome as per the Event listing on the Event Page :) I have just upgraded to Premium Plus, for no other reason than I require sending more messages out and presumedly this time will be getting replies to them :P Pre-invites will start being sent in the next few days. They will have only little more information than that on the event listing. In the pre-invite, I will ask for a reply to show you have read and understood the message. All that reply as such will later be sent the actual address for the evening. Also, I have just about finished the naughty hamper packs to be drawn by raffle or door prize on the night. I intend to draw these prizes at about 10:15 or so (not too early or too late for people arriving/leaving). Thank you to all that have expressed an interest so far!
