im no skinny Minnie but after loosing 20kgs and feeling good about it and knows there more to loose, I have decided to like the body im in and the person I am, hoping my fwb like the person I am more so then the body personally I think we all have flaws but we should at least like who we are

This place,these fora can affect all of us in many ways..for me topics about weight body image blah,blah,always make me want to run for the hills..but you know what, its always good to know what some people really think...and therefore they are the people that let you know to avoid them...preferences are one thing,bigotry another....and just because we are not happy or comfortable with one aspect of ourselves,that doesn't translate to dislike of self...who on the planet is perfect...know who you are,be content with your imperfections,avoid the judges and the haters....poor possums that they are...XXFreya

Honestly, when I look at myself in the mirror, I'm really happy with what I see, & I never think twice about getting naked. In fact, a few weeks ago I posted a close up pic of myself in my brand new, teenie tiny, very sexy bikini on Facebook for 200+ people to see FFS! I think it just goes to show that sometimes demons we thought we'd laid to rest years ago can still make their presence felt on occasion. Much love, Elle xx

Bah ! If I don't like me, why should I expect you to ? If you don't like you, why should .... ? I like me btw and I can exercise my choice to change if I want to. Its the person driving the car that I'm interested in meeting. The loveliest people can turn up in an old rattler or the latest model with all the bells and whistles. The opposite is also true, and (nearly) everything in between. Beauty comes in many forms, the same for ugly or indifference. We've all got a story. There is enough information out there now to know that healthy - good, unhealthy - bad and what to do about it. But when you reach out in the dark to touch, in the small hours and someone warmly turns to you ... Mmm mmmm Society is obsessed with image extremes unfortunately, which has nothing to do with our identity or who we are. However, in that regard, most of us are somewhere in the middle and all of us are special.

Either can be sexy, and either can be very NOT sexy. The terms are very subjective to the interpretation of the person writing or reading them. I've seen plenty of skinny who look unhealthy and unattractive, as I have seen plenty of curvy who look unhealthy and unattractive. I've also seen plenty of both who look very healthy, sexy, and attractive. For me, it's about the way a person cares for and/or creates what they have. Laziness and sloppiness shows, regardless of shape or size. And for us, that is unattractive. Love curves, but not squishy ones. Love thin, but not "skinny-fat". Also though not a fan of thin with no shape at all but "fit". Mrs. Azozcouple agrees and has a similar view of men... gotta do something to care for the body. It's a magnificent piece of work we are given. Take responsibility and make the most of it. Treat it well and it will reward you well.

Mine are, most importantly an open mind (it's my one and only deal breaker btw), an attractive face (no I can't describe the face because I find a lot of different things attractive), friendly, inviting, intetesting personality (I've got to be able to connect with a personality), I love tall (but if someone come along and they weren't as tall as I liked I'm not going to just dismiss them), I like a average size (once again the same goes if they're slim or bigger)... If someone doesn't like my shape, then that's ok. I don't expect to be everyone's cuppa tea, nor would I want to be. If someone doesn't find me physically attractive when they first meet me then I'm fine with it, because if it was me that wasn't enjoying what I was looking at, then I'm as sure as hell not going to do something or someone I didn't or don't want to do......it's called PERSONAL PREFERENCES.....💋

sometimes I worry that a skinny girl wouldn't be able to take me comfortably downstairs. I seem to feel more comfortable with curvy women because they seem more able to handle my equipment.

Here's my two cents worth...I think being healthy is important and a decent person should be the criteria... Why obsess over your actual clothing size?? It's all commercially created anyway!! Be yourself, whether it be curvy or skinny. I've been both, was super skinny all my life then had children's.. and all of a sudden I've got boobs and hips!! That took a lot of adjustment from me and now no matter what I do, the boobs are here to stay...I wish I'd enjoyed my size 6/8 figure more but, now being a size 12 I'm happier and healthier!! But many men, myself included will have sex with and be attracted to different types of looks and shapes. I have dated size 6's with no hips and boobs and I have dated size 12's. The size 12 girls were athletic, muscular and appeared 'curvy' (fuck I hate that word). That's why it may appear to be fence sitting to you, but it's actually men with varied tastes. I have dozens of male friends and acquaintances and I can honestly say very few if any that I can recall have exclusively been attracted to or dated one specific type of body shape in their lives.

What ppl vote as hot and what they can choose from are different. A lot of guys will say bigger the better for breasts. I feel proportion is important, I prefer smaller girls but can see sexiness in larger ones too. as Brunnication said - beauty is in the eye of the beholder. But women are freaking awesome at bitching...We - cos I am a female I tend to find myself having similar thoughts from time to time- LOVE COMPARING OURSELVES to others as long as we can conclude "she is WORSE than me" or "I am better" ...whereas men just do not care. In my experience -beyond the initial attraction and we all have ideals - men LOVE CONFIDENCE in a woman - the BRAIN POWER of a woman to seduce them - play with them- entertain them - push them to the limit and back in a sensual sense. That power can be with a size 6 or size 26person it DOES NOT MATTER...if he likes you he does not care about your size and wobbly bits and what not.. only women can go on about this topic and make claims as "Fit is hot, Rolls are not," - well guess what I have rolls and I do 4triathlons a year- that in my views make me fit...Very happy with my rolls and so are my partners :) but we women we just have to bitch and measure ourselves to other females to claim "I am better than her"...when in real fact ..this is unnecessary. Everyone is born with a shape - keep healthy and fit which is not always shown in your shape - and live a happy and fulfilled life

Ok so it depends on the person. I've met skinny women who were very attractive to look at but when they opened their mouths wow turned off instantly, I've also met "skinny" women who were beautiful people. Same with curvy women, it seriously depends on the personality as to if they're attractive or not. I like slender women but I also love a nice big butt on a woman too. So if she is a size 10-12 with a ghetto booty well sign me up haha

These may sound harsh, but I like "healthy" as defined by: 1) not overweight 2) everything and all curves in good proportions. It's a disgusting turnoff to see skinny women with super huge breasts; conversely, it's also a turn off to see bigger women with a chest smaller than mine. 3) some meat on the bones. If I take your top off and can see your rib cage protruding through, or your legs are skinnier than my arms, again major turn offs and that will be it. Game over.

Curves! For surey! nom nom Love big breasts, full round rump or - when the heavens align, a combination of the two. I like to grab flesh not boney hips, so I think I'll always be attracted (if talking purely physically - which this topic is about) to a woman size 12 and over. Yes, I appreciate that slim girls can have curves, but I do like the overalll aesthetic of a women slightly 'covered'. Think rubenesque women in classic paintings.

When I met my wife she was size 6-8 with bee stings as tits and fit arse, fell in love got married then along came kids and big tits and bigger arse, all good and now she is still size 16 her body has changed but I still find her sexy, so for me its both ,it is the personality that pushes my buttons and gets me turns me, if I think someone is gorgeous it is as much to do with their mind as their bodies xx

It is soooooooooo subjective. Every one loves a person who exudes sexiness - be it fat - skinny - in between or what ever. You either have it or you don't! It is all about how a person holds themselves. All this bullshit about size has no bearing untill you meet some one. Although I do believe it goes on looks! Be real people. A person can be fat or skinny though if they are attractive in the face I do think the rest goes out the window. :-P

Personally when it comes to here it doesn't matter how hot their body it & believe me I've had flirts & messages from guys with super hot bodies you would want to run your hands & tongue all over. You have to get me with your face, yes of course we would all love a hot body that we are sexually attracted too but I need to be attracted to a guys face & be able to envisage my tongue on his lips & craving his lips on mine, seducing me with his eyes which tell me how much he wants to take me home & fuck me. But in saying that I am also attracted to guys with meat on their bones, I don't want to feel bigger than a guy, I want him to make me feel even smaller so he can toss me around the bedroom or wherever the hell he feels like it. I am not attracted to slim guys, although I like guys taller than me around 6 foot is nice, I am short at 6 & 1/2 foot. So equating that to the female side of it I prefer curves with some meat ie breasts & ass. We are built for comfort after all. It's all about preference not whether someone is thin or overweight at all. What floats my boat will not float yours but that's what make us individuals :)))))

Lol let's address the age thing too, the majority of the time I am attracted to younger guys and have always dated younger guys. I'm not sure quite why but it has pretty much always been that way since I've been in my 20's & beyond. I personally think I have aged quite well & cannot say that about a lot of guys my age who message me etc. It was never an intentional thing I thought at all, just how it has played out & most of the guys who are interested in me are younger. Even with kids I am young at heart with personality to match. This again is just my preference.

It is about making my way slowly around the curves and making every inch know your presence! ultimately its the chemistry and talking connection that lasts - certainly curvy ladies (or guys) are not limited in the acrobatics department, but one advantage of a less weighty lady that I have found is the ability to 'manhandle' and lift and move the individual to optimise the feeling of the moment. I have found both curvy and non-curvy ladies to be jut as self-conscious or un-self-conscious about their figures, and don't believe that there is a rule for this. it is also upto the the lover to enable their partner to feel at ease with who they are!!

Personally don't sway this way at all, I would rather a meatier guy over a slim build any day regardless of guy or girl. The only way that could be considered the apparent social norm is if you are a a Kate Moss on the catwalk. I think the social norm these days is healthy living, as in diet & exercise & being the best you can. Healthy & active regardless of actual size tag wise is hot I believe.

I have to say that I was very surprised to see a woman's profile, who, from her pics, appeared to be in very good shape, not overly thin but athletic, strong, sleek perhaps. She had listed her Body Type on her profile as "A little extra padding". Now I had looked really hard, blew up the photos on my screen so I could see every pixel (it felt like), and I was having a very hard time seeing *any* extra padding! How *do* we see ourselves when we're filling out this information and how much of an impact does it make on how others view our profiles? I have put "A little extra padding" for me because I feel, compared to other men my age, that I am carrying a little more weight than the "Average" man my age. Compared to some 22 year old gym monkey, I'm sure I simply look overweight. Is this part of the problem? That we have an unrealistic perception of what "Average" really is? And thus persist in an unrealistic perception of ourselves? And others? For what it's worth, I lean more towards the curvier than slimmer end of the spectrum. Having been with both (yes, dear reader, I have actually been with both), I can say in all honesty that in the moment I am far more focussed on pleasuring my partner and enjoying the situation than comparing them to anyone else.

That's me. It confuses me as to what constitutes 'curvy' as opposed to skinny anyway, so I just say I'm short and fat and that's how I choose to represent myself. You can have curvy size 10's and 12's I know, but if I were to pick a preference for a girl, I prefer them like me! I like boobs and bums and wobbly bits and handfuls of REAL. I'm a lot fussier about men - they have to be slim and athletic just to keep up. :) Even when I weighed 52kg (a VERY long time ago) I was still 'curvy', but too slim! Still wouldn't mind that hourglass figure now though. I was a perfect 36-24-36. *Sighs* Reminds me of that meme that says 'I wish I was as fat as the first time I thought I was fat.' :)

Is the for sex appeal or for beauty? A slim woman can be very beautiful but not as sexy in my opinion. Toned but chunky is the sexiest for me. I find this type of women the sexiest and the one that I turns me on the most. If you are doing some one doggy style you want something to hang on to. Really skinny is a turn off. I would rather have chubby than really skinny any day, both for beauty and sex.
