"The Perfect Vagina" is a good documentary. From what I can remember women who were undergoing surgery were basing there ideas on what was attractive based on what they see in porn. Its sad that people feel less than perfect because of some external influence.

Hmm, I've heard that some that are (or have become) extra, extra 'outie' can make intercourse difficult for one or both parties. I gather a surgeon can alleviate this but I dont' really wanna check out the most extreme versions that Google Images can deliver. Personally, I don't really prefer TOO much of an 'innie', as there is less to enjoy during cunnilingus :-) Overall though, if we 'fit together' just right, I'm not really concerned about exterior appearance in that area :-)
