I now myself well enough to know that I will not get through today without a commotion or fuss...especially one caused by conflicting views. They'll be wrong of course so my word in advance for tomorrow is... ''obstinate''.

Got a bloody period. At my age, what's that about and it's stuck around for a whole week. Thought I'd almost finished with them, but think I've tricked my body, sex is tricking it into thinking I'm young again Upped my sexual activity and now having regular periods again?? I love that word, and the wines from the Kerfuffle winery. But my word is kindness. The ladies I work with in the charity shop are gems. One brought in some home made chocolate cake today, and another brought in some Butter Mushroom Curry especially for me. They are so lovely, always cheery and so kind to others. So today my word is "kindness"

Agreed "fuck" is the word for today! this was posted on my facebook, i hope you dont mind i share here, apologies if the was posted before! 7 Healthy Reasons to Fuck Right Now! So, whether you’re coupled up or flying solo, check out this list of healthy side effects of sex: Glowing skin. That fabled ‘morning-after’ glow? It’s not just your imagination: You really do look better after having sex. “Sex even helps you look younger,” says Caron. That glow can be attributed to a combination of stress relief, better mood, and the flush of blood under your skin that’s a natural part of the arousal process. Better mood. It’s no wonder you’ve got a more positive outlook post-sex: There are biochemical rationales for experiencing improved mood as a sex benefit, from the neurotransmitters that may be released during healthy sex to the mood enhancers contained in semen itself. “And”, adds Caron, “there’s a lot to be said simply for the mood-boosting effect of having a nice connection with somebody that you trust and care about.” Better sleep. Although experts are not sure exactly why sex works to improve sleep, there appears to be some evidence that it does. So don’t be too surprised if you and your partner doze off shortly after a satisfying sexcapade — and wake up feeling refreshed! Cancer prevention. Research has suggested that men may reduce their risk of prostate cancer proportionately to their good orgasms and the stimulation of their testicles. While more research is needed, this would certainly be a welcome sex benefit. Less stress. Healthy sex offers the same soothing effects of sugary comfort foods when it comes to stress reducing . Researchers theorize that this stress reduction occurs because the pleasure pathways of the brain are triggered by sex (just as they are, for some, by sweet treats) — and it looks like this effect is a little bit more lasting than we often think. Sweet pain relief. Just looking at your partner (or even a photo of your partner) can help ease pain. When anesthesiologists showed people taking part in a study photos of their romantic partners or photos of attractive strangers, or asked them to engage in a word game, they found that looking at romantic partners significantly dulled the experience of pain. So even though you might think pain is a barrier to sex, consider this one sex benefit worth the time and effort: take a moment to really look at your lover. Other studies have found that women may get some relief from cramps menstrual through a good orgasm. Improved heart health. Just like any physical activity, healthy sex is good for your heart. Several studies have found that your risk of dying from a heart disease event such as stroke or heart attack goes down as the frequency of your good orgasms increase over time. And for those that worry that the exertion involved in sex is a threat to the heart, analyses show that the most sexually intense moments (assuming you aren’t unusually vigorous in your activities) place about the same demand on your heart as walking 4 to 6 miles an hour. Of course, it helps your heart and your sex life overall to stay in shape. Enjoying a healthy sex life is one of the great joys in life. Knowing intimacy could be a boon for your long-term health as well makes it that much more pleasurable.

Surfing around YouTube the other night, I watched the following:Real Time with Bill Maher: New Rule – Tax the Churches (HBO)I also responded to a young bloke's four part question. We engaged in quite a lengthy exchange. All good. Rational discussion. Then I later saw another young bloke's utter BS in another part of the thread. Responded to him (again, in a rational manner) and invited him to consider some of the other points the first bloke and I had discussed. What ensued was another series of long exchanges resulting in (me to self): "arrgh! This guy's a Numpty!" I was engaged in a battle of wits against an unarmed man! One day I'll learn...

Quoting 'usrightnow' I remember first hearing it used regularly, by an older friend of mine, when I was in my mid-teens. It saved him using other words in it's place I guess. Some years later, in my twenties, I began to employ it periodically. Although, when the children were tiny, I tended to avoid it's use, instead making words up, as replacement. I do sometimes enjoy using it, however, other times, I invoke it out of exasperation. Earlier tonight was one of those latter occasions. I have had to deal with a great deal of crap during my life. Crap, is that which is unnecessary, you can do without it. On this occasion, as so often, my health was the source of my frustration. Thanks Mrs. urn, for the understanding hug. These kind of gestures, though seemingly small, and unable to fix the problem, are non-the-less, much appreciated. I hope Mrs Urn has been doing the dusting for you while you've been sick seriously, hope you're okay and getting over this

Quoting 'Qefenta1' A stick of sage 😋Q “The wise person is self-sufficient.” My dear Lucilius, many people misinterpret this. They pull the sage in on every side, driving him inside his own skin. The fact is, one has to make some distinctions as to what that assertion means and how far it extends. The wise person is self-sufficient as concerns living a good life, but not as concerns living in general. For the latter, there are many things he requires; for the former, only a sound and upright mind that rises superior to fortune" Happy coincidence? (Nothing crude implied or intended).
